I have been a huge idiot and used the wrong nutrient combination on my plants. imm at week ~6 of bloom, and A LOT of leafs have been dying and i didnt understand what was wrong. Apparently i have been feeding it a nutrient without calcium throughout bloom. Feel like a hughe idiot. What can i do? Is it too late to save? Should i just start using the calcium-nutrient? Should i spray the plant with something? Is there a way to make your own calcium spray with eggshells? I think i have read something about that

Because the yellowing and necrosis is consistent with CA def, and because i noticed i have been feeding it a solution without Ca all bloom. Cant find the eggshell thing. But i hope someone knows. Not many weeks for my girl to recover..

If you really have a calcium definiciency then get some Cal Mag Plus or equivalent. It will work fast, and also has a balanced ratio of Ca/Mg. The problem with calcium as its present in limestone, eggshells, coral, oyster shells is its VERY low solubility in water. Those type of solutions are best to be used in soil mixes BEFORE there is a deficiency where they can be released slowly as microbes, acids and CO2 work their magic in the soil.

Another possible solution is to use pickling lime, or kalkawasser based lime water. But thats dangerous since its easy to burn the shit out of the plants.

I put a few tablespoons of crushed lime stone on top of the soil and water it down. Have realized i have completely misunderstood the nute, and will start following the nute scheme of the company. I have been way over-feeding, and using only the B formula. Will try just going over to something similar to the recommended, and hope it has time to recover in some way. buying calmg is just to expensive right now with shipping etc. There is no growshop close to this area.
