First Grow - Super Silver Haze

Sorry, haha, just a teaspoon of fine dolomite lime dressed on top of your medium and water as usual, won`t affect your water going in, but your soil PH will stay where you want it. That`s what`s important :). Keep in mind when you`re adding ph`d water, you`re simply balancing the water and ph levels. The same for the sulphur to up the ph if necessary, like re-used soil.

Also with good soils, ph is rearely a concern, I never check ph for instance, using distilled water and either new, or refertilized, composted soil, I never have an issue, dead between 6.4-7.4 all the time. Feel free to ask away :)

Yep, those videos got me to try her initially. Tried a bland haze (IMO) and then stepped up, went on a Haze bender for a year or so, then settled into my Indicas (should`ve gone other way in hindsight :p). You`ll grow with the more seeds you put in the ground, you`re well onyour way mate ;)

Looking great Caddy! At this point in time they`ll try to fatten up a bit, but damn they look dank, nice. Considered using and carbs or sugars for bulking? Another 2-3 weeks and you`ll be a happy farmer (or sad depending on how you look at it) :)

Assuming you have the availability (and you should), I`d look into some Botanicare Silica Blast. My SSH really liked the stuff at about your stage. Makes them happy, and adds some frostiness and bulk to the nugs in this stage of your flower. Loads of products that are sugars, I also use the Sweet Raw on my other grow in the last 2-3 weeks before the flushing

Wow i don't know why I didnt think of it before...I've seen a lot of people mention things like Molasses that works really well. I shall order some of this stuff for my next watering :). So should I feed them with nutrients along with the silica blast? Or should I use it for different waterings? Also, should I just keep using that stuff up until the final flush?

Use all the way to your last week (flush) with your nutrient regime brother. Essentially just boosts the plants vitallity and vigor and helps with stress. Will add those frosty suugars for ya, you`ll be loving it almost as much as the plants

Hey KC got a question for you. Should I be trimming all the leaves around the budsright now? Or leave them? Just wanted to get ur opinion

Leave em`, even if they`re yellowing badly. If they`re ready to go they`ll come off themselves, they`re just starving all the N possible out of the leaves at this point.

So what do you think KC?

So I should still leave the leaves around the buds? Even though some are completely dying?

I think I might be almost done huh?

Get your mag glass out, haha. Check those trichs, but it is looking done to me, she aired out on ya a bit, but you`ve got that addressed with your training on the No.2. If it IS done, do 24 hours without lights, pull her for the chop and dry/cure the next day. Have you given a flush yet or are we still feeding nutrients though ...? . I`ll stick close over the next few hopefully in case you need a bit of guidance. Wish I could see in person, would be much easier :D

Yea man I will check it out. I haven't given her a final flush yet...i might do that this weekend and then do the final 24 hours without lights. I just fed her nutrients like 2 days ago. Thanks KC I will let you know what I determine with the mag glass.

Anything in particular I should look for besides the cloudyness of the trichs?

You want to flush with plain water for at least 5 days Caddy, and you`re looking for about 10% clear, 60% cloudy, and 30% amber hairs, that would be a nice ratio for a sativa like the SSH.

And yes, trim as much of the leaf material as you can. Leaving it actually takes the plant longer to dry because the leaves will store moisture and feed ing back through the stems. Chop em`, get that flush done, and get us another update ;)
