California Supreme Court Rules Cities Can Ban Pot Shops!

Ruling came in today from the Supreme Court giving Cali cities
the right to ban MMj dispensaries.

Many Cal Cities say today's ruling is the green light to go forward with enacting bans of their own.
180 Cities and 20 Counties have bans in place already and now there will be new bans. Top MMJ advocate
groups say this ruling could very well wipe out every single dispensary in Central and Southern Calif.


Also in today's news, in several West Coast cities, federal officials are initiating a new round of crackdowns against dispensaries that are seemingly complying with state medical marijuana law.

Between the Supreme Courts latest ruling and the Fed crackdown, it looks
like it won't be long before MMj dispensaries in L.A. will go in the way

Possibly even to Washington/Colorado!

On a darker note that sucks about the ruling. I imagine a lot of the conservative towns around OC and also far north will bring the hammer down. It's stupid, its not like there will be less pot bought/sold/grown in the areas that enact it.
