Plant is touching light

My plant has been touching the light so i put some wire fence stuff to block it from hitting the light. Please help me it's my first plant and my grow space is really small

without any setup info its hard to advise you... all i will suggest is the folllowing.

best way to test how hot it gets is place you hand above your plants top and raise the lights so that you r not frying the hell out of your hand. when you feell the warmth from the lights then you have found a suitable distance to keep your lights

One good way to lower a top is to attach a small weight to a pipe cleaner. Bend over the top of your plant carefully and then attach the pipe cleaner so it holds the top bent down. You can increase the weight as the plant gets used to it.

Hey OP not trying to be mean but seriously ditch those shitty lights and for the love of the plant put her outside in some stealth area! Once she flowers your going to be fucked with space and your going to get some serious ass airy buds. Save the hassel and let her get sun
