What is wrong with her I thought it was nitrogen over dose no luvk stop feeding her nutes and feed plain water for to days then I gave a lite nutes and seems to be getting worse help please doyou think it mite have out grown its tub and what can I do

probably nute lockout, the best way is transplanting
or flush it
not just feeding with plain water, let all of the excess salts drain out

I would not feed her, till she start recovering
giving such things like vitamins or seaweed is your decision
give her some time,
by the way, N overdose is obvious as you said

I was thinking of superthrive and if u have any experience from tht wat do u think I should give her as a guide like 1ml for 5 litres
