give the guy a break. it dont hurt a thing to grow in a rent house!! they want lock you landlord up just you. which is the same thing they would do if you owned the place. grow weed man be happy !!!

off to buy brownies here soon, lol, my girlfriend will be here, she is on the lease and gets along with the landlord well, he has even hit on here at like 80. she will bake for them.If you can be home, BE ABSOLUTELY CERTAIN to be cooking something REALLY SMELLY. Just in case. Plus, if you also make cookies or something you can offer 'em to your landlord and he'd be all, "Hey, cool man." People appreciate acts of kindness.
I wouldn't lace 'em, though, he could freak or feel weird and old people already do that enough, and that would be bad, very bad, mkay?

they barely smell in the room, with no smell in house . we have all kinds of smelly things my g/f buys. thank god for g/f"s, my place would be a shit hole, lolYou know, I never noticed the smell in the house we rented to a grower, but EVERYONE ELSE did. It was rather embarrassing to say that I didn't notice the smell.
Besides, are you gonna try to tell us that cookies don't work?

my grow room is so hidden that the insurence ajuster came in my house to take pic and never new there were plants growing in my room my landloard comes and picks up the rent and sometimes wants me to do something on my comp for him and he's standing right in the same room with my plants and dont know anything ive made the best stealth grow room if the cops came with out dogs id get away with it

My brother does HVAC... He would immediately investigate if he saw your modifications.... And would tell the landlord. Sorry to say. =( Not because he would suspect a grow op, but he would still go through everything to fingure it out because he would probably think that the installers fucked it all up. Grow op discovered!
My brother is, however, one of the best AC guys around, and I think most of em are slacker bums... so they may not care...
My 2 cents are to disconnect it all and patch it up the best you can.

yeah i definitely wouldnt take the risk. just undo it for the time being since it doesnt sound like it will be too much work. just more inconvenient than anything else.
if you cant find a place to hide/put them and they arent very big put em in your car with a blanket over them or something. granted they wont be under light but maybe some daylight will show through. i assume he wont be there more than an hour or 2 fixing things and he may not even fix it that day, so they should be fine till he leaves.

Im a land lord & i could not care less if a tennant uses my properties as a grow op,one thing ive found out to be 100% true,sure as the sun will come up in the morning & set in the evening a grower will pay his rent on time every month & be a quiet & respectfull tennant.

I wouldnt care either. afterall, if they got busted I didnt know anything about it anyways. even if i really did
and if they asked how i couldnt know I'd say I never had to visit the guy always paid his rent on time and i had no complaints from neighbors!

Sorry, but that's not a truism. Our tenant seriously fucked up our home (which was brand new home that we'd built custom as we were planning on moving into it), left holes all over the place, drove SPIKES through the exterior logs, left it stinking, and, to top it all off, left us holding the bag for his power, heating, water, and garbage bills. Oh, and he stiffed us for rent, too.
