Mine was stopping at Flower Power botanicals in Fort Collins.

Unprofessional staff bumping gangster music. Couldnt answer my questions and required me to use their atm with a three dollar fee and gave me the smallest pinner saying it would off set the cost. Worst of all, im 99% sure I got food posining from their edibles - both my wife and I.

Stay away!!!! These are shops that give true mmj clinics a bad rep. Hope they go out of business.

I miss abundent healing :-(

You may want to stay away from White Mountain Medicine if you disliked your service.

They are a commonly known dispensary with some sister company shops around Colorado

Their "WEED IS SOOOO GUUUD ITS DA REAL 303" when in reality its shitty mids without any distinction and FAR from their pictures and name quality.

Example. Sour Rhino was not harvested correctly, and was so....not trichomy. Not even a weed smell (it smelled like a flamming bag of shit/soil on a hot Kentucky afternoon

they hired rude ass half-whore girls who only know the difference between sativa and indica.

well, that sucks, but I am sure this won't be the only shitty bank on here in the future. The reason those are popping up in colorado is because they are so far ahead on their legalization. Wait until all the other states start getting there. There will be scumbags popping up all over the place just like any other business. Just think, how many scumbags has anyone ran into on the shady side of the hobby(illegal growing side that is), now just think, some of those cockroach assholes are going to manage to go legit after legislation passes. Then there will probably be a thread on here just for horrible dispensaries.

That's a sad glimpse of the future if weed is made 'legal'.
Like selling cheeseburgers from restaurant chains then getting sick on poor health practices.
Friggin government is gonna step in and run the show over time like everything else.

agree totally, ya know, I was just having a conversation about this yesterday. Although alot of really genius cultivators/innovators are into growing right now, I wonder how many will disappear after it is totally legal and the price goes way down. I don't mean to sound negative about anyone, but I bet there are more than a few that money is a real factor in it. I have already seen prices drop insanely in the last few years, and imagine it will keep that trend with the more states it becomes legal.
What are everyone elses' thoughts on this? I mean even though money is not my main motivator, it does cost money to maintain and grow. Just curious.

There is a 'floor price' for growing indoors that factors in power, nutes and building costs. I don't know the number offhand, but power alone for just a few plants in residential electricity rates areas, with just 2 - 600s is about $45 a month. So for 4 months you have $180 for that number of ounces plus all the other costs. The warehouse grows try to do everything very well to take advantage of the economy of scale. But a single failed crop from bugs, PM, root aphids... can wipe of business out. I am impressed by the dedication and skill that some commercial growers show in this precarious environment. More plants being grown should reduce the price, supply and demand law, but because there is a floor price it will still be a fairly expensive item. Now if we could import from the south, where they could produce huge outdoor yields if it were legal, then the whole equation changes. Probably where the industry will shift to if the rest of the country decriminalizes and interstate commerce can open up.

My how this thread evolved

It will be interesting but I think with groups of good and like minded people their can be standards and certifications of excellence created to help shed light on the shit holes that exist. But its up to passionate people like us to act

I've been to flower power several times and had great experiences! One of the guys there, Chris, knows his stuff pretty darn well, and the smoke has always been par our better. Never tried their edibles.

Anyway, perhaps it was a bad day?
