Mylar vs Flat WHite paint

ok so recently i been thinkin wich should i use mylar or FWP i from what i know FWP reflects from about 60-70% light and mylar reflects 70-80% and bout 50 percent of the heat and FWP reflects no heat i have a heat issue and im wonderin wich would be best for me because im thinking of juss gettin a whole bunch of carboard and painting it white and put it around my plants any opinions would be great thnx all

Mylar reflects 95+% of the light not 70-80. This is brand new mylar. If it gets a mucked up after a while then yeah it can go down.

get the mylar. if you have heat problems then try adding more circulation. (more fans MOOOORE FANS).

i dont think that would work since its a closet grown and i cant leave the door open for any reason at all so ti would juss be circulating the same hot air all day
