For everyone but Pie. My guess is right about now that young lady is seriously working and getting a bit tired. We all get a holiday and poor Pie is really pumping it out at work!

There was a baby born in the hospital and he weighed ten pounds. The odd thing about him was his body weighed five pounds and his balls weighed five pounds. All the nurses and even the doctor didn't know what to do with him.
Then, the chief surgeon walked in and asked what was wrong. The head nurse replied, ''We don't know what to do with this baby.''
So the chief surgeon took one look and said, "You should put him into a mental institution."
''Why?' asked the head nurse.
"Well," replied the chief surgeon, "take a look at him. The boy is obviously half nuts."
Then, the chief surgeon walked in and asked what was wrong. The head nurse replied, ''We don't know what to do with this baby.''

me too. Knowing her if everything went well she would be on here right away to tell us. The fact that she was overdue and also this being her first scares me.

Of course you do, it's a classic.
She wasn't overdue, post term babies lose weight. I think if there was a complication it was iatrogenic.

Oh yes I'm sure you are right. But those date are mere guesstimates and primip's usually go over by 2 weeks easily and incubating a baby isn't like a pot pie
45 minutes at 350. Some take longer or shorter to mature. So actually pregnancy has a fairly normal variation. Many normal women are 10 lunar month gestators and many first borns are a 10 lunar gestation. Post term babies start losing weight that's the usual tell on when to induce. But none of this matters now. What matters is she is ok.
