agree, big pot`s do give bigger yield, sure, if you have optimal conditions/genetic to make use of it all, Im sure there are limits
but looking at them pictures, I would maybe have considered to plow the hole ground, and buy a few wagon loades of soil/compost instead
treat it right (mearl/kelp/worm farming) and you can grow in it year after year, IMO pot`s is for indoor growers, why restrict the roots atall, or not take advances of the draining the ground offer, and the ground water "mirro"
only reason I might see it make sense, is if you have a balcony, or if you have safety issues or need to be abel to move em for some reason (light/bad wether/night frost)
