Small white animals on my plants ?

I just got back from work and i was looking at my 6 ladys and they had some small white creatures looked weird. im currently on my second grow and i didint have this problem in past. can anyone please help

Yep! I got me some of those!

Was gona squirt them with Garlic Water..... (if vampires dont like - certainly white fly wont either)
