Marijuana Plant or Not?

I was kickin' ass at picking some blackberries in my back yard and when I looked up I was pleasantly surprised by what looks like pretty 'ol Mary Jane.
The only reason why I believe it is so is because my brother was a major stoner before he moved out.
Maybe he left his legacy behind? :leaf:

The buds and leaves have red dots on them. (Not sure if the picture is clear enough.)

Did you pick it up off the floor or pick it off of a plant?

The first picture is hard to tell, but the second picture does not look like the leaf structure of any cannabis strain I've ever seen.

God damn...That first picture makes it reeeal hard to tell but like the other posts the leaf structure looks incorrect so I would put my money no...

It could be a japanese maple of some sorts. Sometimes theyll produce flowers that you were holding. It COULD be is main word. But no its not pot. Take a picture of the plant itself. But almost 100 its not pot. Its too early for buds like that up in the northern hemisphere.
