Is this normal with Pineapple Express?

Just started growing two pineapple express strains and they both seem lanky and unable to support itself up. The third strain is Blue Mystic and looks very strong. It's using the same water, same nutrients, same reservoir, same light, same everything. I even see both all the plants roots reach the water so I'm not sure if this is normal for an auto flowering PE plant or if there is something wrong with it.

Any feedback would be much appreciated.

How far is ur light ur planrs are way too stetched try moving it within a few inches if ur using cfls

The light is about 2 feet above the plants but it's really bright in the grow box so do you think it will make a big difference?

Lower it or you will continue to grow string beans.

Yes i'm using CFLs 2x6500k 850 lumens - I've attached pics of the setup.

Ok man u need to go to wally world and by the 6 pack of cfls 6500k 26 watts...then get a few y splitters and get 6 bulbs in a power strip about 6/10 inches above ur setup...hydro is difficult from my understanding i do soil...or go on ebay and buy a 250 watt hps u can veg and flower under a hps it will provide u with denser buds

The one that didn't stretch is a blue mystic strain. The other two are pineapple express.

Dam, nice setup. So it's because there's not enough light then? I'll run out and get some more lights now and lower the dang thing. Wonder why they would sell a grow box with the light that high. I got it from dealzer.

Naw man i use a 1000 for flower 400 for veg soon a 600 and my 400 will be for autos and a back up light

You need to get those lights only a few inches above your plants. Make that res lightproof or you will get algae bloom. Keep the temps below 70 or you will prob get slimed unless you are running bennies like aquashield, which you should for dwc.
