yes there a plethora of ideas but sitting down face to face is the only way to pick which one to pursue. I'm affraid one of the downfalls of the internet is the disassociation from the person we are communicating with. The formation of ideas can work via the internet but it's not ideal.

All it really will take is revolution from below. As natural as it is for some people to acquire and consolidate power over others, it is just as natural that the people at the bottom will fight for equality. It is much easier to fight for equality than to relinquish privilege. As soon as the people at the top run out of enemies they will be in great danger of revolution from below.
