Old room, New electrical problem

it is the wiring in the new room
u took the system out and checked it off that room and it worked fine u plugged back just as it worked in the other room ...and it does not work
u replaced the breaker so not that
the wire has a break or it just shit wire ...................it is the wire in the house ....u got abnormal readings from the socket....what more do u need
simplest answer i got ...set it all up how u know it works get a bunch of 50 foot organe power cords and plug it into a different socket from out side the room ....it works ....plug back into the socket in the room it does not work ....is it the sockets in the room the wire
so keep the cords on the ground going to other outlets untill u replace the wiring

Did you try unplugging the other 3 ballasts from the problem room before testing the 4th that you know works? (only plugging one ballast in at a time) Just trying to rule everything out in case you haven't tried that already in case it's one of the ballasts that's causing the voltage issues.

It sounds like its the ballast. From what I'm reading it will work sometimes and sometimes not. I had problems with 3 electronic ballasts from when I first started growing. I ditched them. I've never had problems with not even one of my 18 magnetic ballasts ever since. Eventually there may be a capacitor or igniter issue with the magnetic ballast but they are easily replaceable. There is no repairing a problem electronic ballast.

That was the first place justugh told you to check. He was right. I thought you ruled it out so that's why I thought it was the ballast. Good enough.
I'm not sure if you read before you post, but yes I checked the breaker. In fact, I changed it. The breaker that I replaced the broken one with also happened to be broken. Brand new breaker from the hardware store, broken. Luck of the draw.
