White vinegar is the best IMO, better & cheaper than herbicides... that's all I use as I refuse to contribute a cent to Monsanto or use any glyphosphate based productI have found white vineger and dish soap (one gallon viniger and 2ounces soap) to be an effective killer of small clumps of grass, clover and those low growing spreaders with the little purple flowers as well as other less hardy weeds. What i need tho is somethimgto take care of the stronger weeds. Things like thistles, dandellions and smLl saplings. Any suggestions?
I TOLD YOU!Don't know about you but i get it for $2.50 a gallon for con.I mix it half in half(or stronger)with water and use a pump sprayer.GL.Well i tried the bleach and it seems to be working pretty well. I agree that the vineger works well but bleach is a little cheaped.
