Hey soup I was just checkin out your grow and I seen that you had heat issues with your 1k. I had a ton of issues with my 1k until I stuck it in a cool tube that is cooled by a 480 CFM fan. The glass on the tube is safe to touch that's how cool that "cool tube" keeps it. The fan wasn't cheap but worth the money. The cool tube + the 240 CFM fan on the carbon filter keep the room at 26-27 Celsius (80F) during the 12/12 cycle.

Other than that man your grow looks great. I wish I had the space to do clones for a more perpetual grow like yours. So jelly!

Shame you had the end the experiment but I agree with your decision. but this is why we experiment to learn. Either way I still think they look KILLER and think they will be uber potent. so frosty

That mastadon looks primo soup. She really has that dank kush appearance for sure, so frosty. Glad I was able to help in any way man, I'm always a PM or a post here or on my journal away. Can't wait till you start the E/F table, gonna be great.

Thats good man cause its gonna be one hell of a fence I put it in the split room... They definately have a top shelf kush appearance. Depending on how good the quality is I might keep her in rotation every couple months for the perp but only if its through the roof and she proves to produce a little better under the E/F conditions (I have a feeling she will!) Either way strain searching we will go Im liking the way G13 PE sounds with fast production and high quality nugz (Whats not to like) Also Blue Venom was recommended to me and I like the sound of that. Definately open to other suggestions though....(wink wink)

The quality is going to be through the roof mate. Never mind about losing the 1000w, they will finish just nicely under the 400w. Your babies are looking nice and strong, ready for the next round!!!

Thanks Chipper! I sure hope so! Im not to worried bout the 1K since she will be up and running in her natural home in just bout three weeks! I think the 400 Cool blue will give some exceptional results for the finished product! Thanks for the compliment bout the clones! As Ive mentioned I just cant believe they are alive! I DONT DWC but as I mentioned that set up cost me bout 10$ And once I figured out where they like their parameters set its cake walk. I certainly wouldnt want to deal with individual res changes on bubble buckets or anything BUT that being said Im not opposed to building a UC system down the line with all the trimmings of course! I just dont EVER want to deal with root rot.

Hey buddy thanks for stoppin in! I was anticipating slight heat issues (Maybe should of stuck with the silica feedings a little longer into flower?) But this was at best an experimentation run! Putting a 1K in 5 sqft is just a little overkill I actually was pulling over 1100CFM through that little space and was still noticing a steady climb in temp as it correlated with rising ambient temperature. And that with NO scrubber this run to reduce restriction! All will be set right in the up coming weeks though with the normal perp being set up! I do appreciate the kind words and look forward to seeing how that Tangerine works out for you!

So which of the two would you recommend Scroga? Cause if my memory serves I think I got the idea of running the Blue Venom from you in the first place? I pulled an ADD Kansas city shuffle for you guys!

Well, A couple pitchers of my girls iced tea (3x the strength of starbucks but OOOOOOH so good :0 ) and a day off, the inevitable sleepless night, and my neurotic nature. I decided to flip the tent early, to test out conditions before the E/F tables are up and just to kill some time since I was bored and she was asleep.... 6 hours later, power tool batteries dead and still a slight mess to clean up the tents look like this.... They both got an initial scrub down with H2o2 followed by a liberal spray with floromite (I know, I know that shit is poison) but I never spray my plants only their environment and allow to air dry.... With summer coming up in LA (And believe me its hot in my neck of the woods I would spray the whole apt if it werent for the cats! Still might... Got the nursery figured out with the flood table for veg in the right (4" Vortex Ventilation will hook up to a tee I have above the big tent just ran out of steam and more importantly foil tape and compression bands tomorrow a shopping we will go.... I got the 6" Vortex on a timer to coincide with my light schedule connected directly to my 24" Scrubber where it pushes through the Magnumm XXXL above the tent that connects to an 8" 740CFM EcoPlus (MUCH quieter than the vortex let me tell you) which exports through a stealth 2 way Manifold above my window AC. (You would never know its there and it also gives me the option of adding a 4" Active intake at any time I see fit ...NIFTY!) I added a couple fans under the reflector to give some cross breeze and as it stands temps are 74 under that 1K. Should be about the same under the veg table with the glass in and that vortex running full blast. Underneath I still toying on where to keep my MOMs and clone station and it might be doable if I raise the flood table a bit and remove the reservoir just outside the tent to the right....more to come on that later! Let me know what you guy think.... I now its been a rollercoaster at least these two little bushes can finish up in a more hospitable environment. Ill let you know as issues arise as I want everything to be as automated as can be before throwing new genetics at her... and as always (Especially now with timing being what it is) Strain suggestions are very welcome as it will cut down on endless hours of searching...Im looking to profit off of your guys hard work! Just gotta say I have the coolest chick on the planet though this monstrosity is now taking up 30% of our Bedroom. She sure does let me play! Love you babe!~S0uP

Thanks brother! Im really liking the setup my self..... Temps are perfect, RH in the flower room is tits! With the addition of more plants and a reservoir into the Veg tent RH should shoot up to where I want it and if its still a little short I can always add a humidifier Now all that left is to decide on a few solid strains and find a solid place to keep my MOMs. Naturally I would like to keep them in soil but since moving forward from a decade in dirt I am REALLY liking the cleanliness and absence of pests (I cant even tell you how much!) I wasnt kidding bout the THC Bomb I think that its a very viable option for the rotation, maybe something a bit more exotic like that blue Venom (Or Blue OG depending on Scrogas review) and a more day time haze like stone for a change up (To be decided)... All I can say is after the scrub down and Floramite the tents are SUPER clean which I like! Also as you can see the two small bushes now have more than enough room to spread their dwarfed wings and Im doing my best with the help of bamboo to help them along! I tried to get them as spread out as I could to get some real even light penetration now that they are back under the 1K!

Very incredible smell..good yield, venom was nice too..bud too leaf ratio was impressive., finished up somewhere arounds 10/11 weeks but much for my liking but...she is inline to have go..blue god may be worth a look if it's a blueberry cross your after?

They certainly look happier in their new environment! (they better, wipes sweat from brow!) You mentioned they looked mature for their age and I couldnt agree more, in fact that is what I believe part of the problem was with either the heat or intensity in the smaller tent. I saw mature looking pistils at like 3 weeks and trich development was far too far along for age. I think the plants were freaked out and skipped the bud formation phase and just went to finish...Again, this is all speculation and I wont be able to recommend this strain till I throw it through the normal conditions it deserves. I cant find hardly any information regarding the experiment I put them through....but believe me good things will certainly be coming from those tents of mine soon!

I am an advocate of DNA genetics so I eagerly await your review and recommendation. I have decided to run THC BOMB as a staple in the stable (See what I did there) and my girl want to pick up some Diablo OG from PO soon (One of her favs) but that gives me two spots to play around to find some exotic MOMs (I just need to find a damn spot and good lighting suggestions for MOMs, from here on out we will call it "the home")

To bring that time down as I'm sure you know to 8/9 your going to need a fast finishing indica in the X...
For your target time maybe look at widow for the x, I'm pretty sure theres an early blueberry available..the next time I get blueberry genetics I'm probably going to check out blue god...p.s I've only run one pheno of each plant.

The grow I just did was blueberry x northern lights man, it was an 8 weeker and decent yield too. I very much think if I had a bigger tent it would've yielded a LOT more.... BC Seed co does the original and it is unreal

You know Ive already been peepin that out Mo! And Ive had the itch to get something NL in there....cant say why, shes kinda my go to Definitely gonna get the THC BOMB in there though have heard NOTHING but great things!!! Anyone got a reason why I shouldn't? Guess I should ask now...
