Someone brought up this question a while back and it got me thinkin ya know. I think this life would be alot more based on exploring humans artistic side instead of pursuing technology an shit but fuck dats just me,, what about yall?

my problem is that the only part of my brain that works well is the right side. the creative side. i am bad at math and science. i can't grasp anything that has to do with numbers. but what i lack on one side i excell on the other. but there are ppl who are just the opposite. they do well at left brain thinking. so why can't there be room for both? diversity is a good thing, yes?

Well I can only assume you don't smoke the green because you're using some form of technology to communicate with a bunch of smokers, who obviously don't smoke either, because they too are pursuing technology for the same...

I'm going to ask you to think about something...

Let's say that marijuana use suppresses the science-y part of our brain, thereby limiting technological innovation, and enhances the artistic portion instead. And of course everybody uses marijuana and society is very rooted in the artistic forms of expression.

Imagine in this ideal society of yours that polio and smallpox not only exist, they thrive because the technology to develop vaccinations doesn't exist. Just consider it...ideals are nice, but they rarely take everything into account.

You guys do know there are scientists that smoke weed right? Carl Sagan was a cannabis user and advocate. He wrote pro pot articles under a different name in the 1960's and again later in his life without the Pseudonym.

Pot heads are not lazy hippies that paint and write poems..most are very well educated and prefer a great political debate to a sing along...just saying lol
