I tried Uranium enriched soil, but they never flowered. I could never get them on 12/12 because they glowed all night.

Yes, but does anyone have an idea of the ph for this soil? the only clues there are is that, as mentioned above, its for slow growing plants, and it shows pictures of cactuses on the bagg.... hmm

Ya dude that must have been a bitch with the glowing plant and all, you should probably use it for vegging only then, and transplant into some unradioactive soil.
