Yea, its been a couple years since my last one and since I just finished my last zip and started a new crop, I figured now is the best time and I thought I might share some of my techniques for getting through the frist week of the break. The most important thing for me is sleep since I always smoke before I go to sleep (and my sleep schedule is usually all messed up when I'm smoking haha
) One 10g melatonin tablet early into the night usually knocks me out pretty good. The most important thing I feel is to keep busy. I'm a pretty active pothead so I don't usually have a problem with this haha.
I'm pretty baked and can't really think any more. Feel free to add any of your own!!!
