I havn't tried putting any in capsules yet. I bought some capsules for mushrooms a couple weeks ago, I'll have to try filling some. Do you fill with the straight oil, or do you mix it with coconut oil or something?
straight oil m8. I assume they'd be lrge capsules for shrooms so I say this..... WARNING!!! DO NOT OVERFILL IF YOU HAVE PLANS IN THE FOLLOWING 2 DAYS.... hahahahaha

Yo dude, I got a question ! How do You water under the scrog?
I can get access up the sides of the tent tho the middle plant at the back may be a bitch to get to compared to the others but its only a 4x4 space so I don't envisage any problems... I do have a 4ft long piece of plastic pipe on standby to use as a funnel tho.... just in case. :-)

screen is set @ 5in and have pulled under what I can for now, I think ill pretty much fill the screen if I flip now but hoping to get some opinions first. These will stretch until maybe end of week 3, bit before so plenty of time to fill it... yeah?? View attachment 2694428View attachment 2694428View attachment 2694425 these first 3 are the one with leaf probs View attachment 2694424View attachment 2694426View attachment 2694427View attachment 2694431View attachment 2694432View attachment 2694434View attachment 2694429View attachment 2694430View attachment 2694433 and these last two are the White Widow, not really sure how much she'll stretch in the next 2 weeks but she's looking good for filling her 'allocated spaces'.... much trimming, shaping and filling to come over the next few weeks but I think i'll just let em be for a week or two and do all the trimming in one go, obviously keeping up with it as we go from then on in but hoping to get below the screen totally bare by end of week 2... (15 days from now)

One thing about scrogging is that you will not get traditional stretch, like an unmolested plant. A plant with no training has an apex tip always established to focus growth to, when LST'ing or scrogging, you are pulling those apex tips down and establishing new ones, forcing the plant to constantly redirect growth to establish an apex. IME this will cut down stretch by a good 20-30%, just remember to continue training for the first 7-10 days of flower before letting them rise above screen level. 7 days is about ideal I've found. I'm here for the long haul mate and more than happy to help if I can. Peace

Its looking good 2 me bro. What is your PH setting at? If missed sorry. Have you already started feeding?
I don't measure ph dude, I never have, im an old fuddy duddy who is bit too old skool for modern times I think... pmsl. my medium is my buffer hahahaha.. I know its no excuse or reason but I use advanced nutrients ph perfect range and this is what convinced me.... they have only had one nutrient feed @ 1/4 rec dose, due another at half strength tomoz.

I think they look good man. You said your about to flip them? Are you actually trying to fill the netting, and scrog it or just use the netting to help control the branching and stretch?

I was hoping to scrog it but doesn't look possible in the time frame I have.

i was wondering why my plants didn't seem to grow that much in flowering, i knew the scrog helped but i guess i didn't realize all of the reasons why, thanks for the info man...

If your not really worried about scroging it, go ahead and flip whenever you want. They look like they should be mature enough or will be quickly.

yeah m8, ill see how they're looking after the first 7/10 days and decide whether to pull the net altogether or let em go.

I'd prolly leave the net either way as long as you can still get to them it will still help you control them, and add support for the branchs once they start adding weight. just my 2 cents though.

Hell yeah, I hear you. I am an ol' school grower myself. Just thing is, I didn't measure my PH nor my ppm's a few yrs back & had a grow go all to hell in a hand basket on my ass all a sudden! And I was using "DWC" when all this had went down is why I had asked you that bro. Yeah there looking good, and on the net, and flipping and all, hell yeah during flowering they'd fill that net in nice! Makes for damn good branch support also! Ran a scrog once myself & liked it! Just kinda a bitch to water(was 4 me)! Lol.
