Hello everyone, I am back again..still wondering if i am doing ok..I think that the buds are growing every day just a bit, just entering the 1st day of week 6. How does she look? I am a little worried that the buds are too small.. It has been a LOOONG trip 3 months actually from seed till today and it was beautiful but this patience thing... oh man it's killing me.. So what do you think? Happy growing!

Bud, I am the most impatient person in the world. I am hoping growing will teach me some. I'm sure they will swell up towards the end! :-) Just remember, the one thing us first timers have is the ability to improve a lot on the next run. I'm surely doing a few things differently/better next time. Please keep posting pics, i'd like to see these in 2 weeks. Crit

Plant kinda looks "thin" did you defoliate or anything? Next thing is make sure you don't have any major light leaks (or even a bunch of little red power indicator lights,) and are giving the proper nutes. If I saw your pics I would guess you at about 3 or 4 weeks from switch so you're not too far off. Not sure what your grow space is like, and I know people have done some nifty things with those Bstars, but you might want to look into just a little supplemental lighting as well.

Good luck with whatever and I hope you get a bomb first harvest!

thnx bro for the wishes, the plant has been defoliated twice in veg and one in flower, it was very bushy, do you think that my branches are thin?or that it is a thin looking plant? I am feeding with 1 ml/l biogrow and 3 ml/l biobloom at this stage...i have given tha plant 2 times epsom salt and starting feeding her blackstrap mollases 2 weeks ago till the end. It's a closet grow i have a second small plant also. the plants seems to be doing good she is green, no nute burns from the start. I defoliated after the stretch and this had slowed her down for about 5 days, maybe that's why buds are small? I wish i knew i just hope i have a decent harvest after 4 months! we will see..

Their probably a little small beacause you've cut all the fan leaves away they help the plant burn energy and carbs which in the end gives you bigger buds now its down too your roots do do all the work but that's just my opinion mate

Oh ! And I noticed you said you were using bio bloom don't be shy to give your girls a little more nutes it won't hurt as long as you don't over do it

I was Aldo wondering about the lights. A lot of the more airy/less dense buds that I see on here are usually a result of improper or insufficient lighting. Your quality looms like it'll be great, even if the yield that you wanted giant quite there.

OK... Day 35, now subtract the days between when you turned light switch to 12/12, and the days they first showed buds....
So really, your buds are around 28 days old... and they look fine for first timer plants at 28 days of bud....
So, now you have another week to wait... [the week when plants are converting from veg to bud]...
You, defoliated twice, now do not do that again...
From this point until the end of your bud growth, do not take another fully alive, green nothing wrong with it leaf off!
.....
So, for 28 day old buds on a plant that's been defoliated twice, your buds look:
"Fine"

Good Luck...

Sorry, but you're "seeing" now. 5 weeks of flower? Looks a lot less mature than that. I hope she recovers for you.

Imo, by removing the fan leaves, you've removed the sugar factories, so there's not a whole lot to feed the buds. Lack of food = slow retarded growth. But that's just me.

Good luck.

Leaves are your plants solar panels, they provide energy especially in flower thye focus that energy on the buds, so next time, dont go clipping leaves because its just stunting your plant, unless of course they are yellow/brown.

So what i have to do from now on just wait a couple weeks more than the estimated time?

So you are saying 35 days veg, but you might be meaning 35 days since 12/12 ? subtract the time it took for them to start showing buds, maybe 7 or ten days say, so you might be on day 25 flowering? And use the breeders flowering time as a guide only they may go longer. Pretty much what Sand said

let me get this clear,i vegged for 40 days 24/0 then i switched to 12/12 but i had serious light leaks for 18 days,my plants were vegging so we come to 58 days veg, then i fixed the light leak and from that day i consider it to be day 1 of flowering, so maybe day 35 of flower isn't so correct.

did you defoliate? dont see any big fan leaves unless its just the strain. if its sativa you could have a long ways to go.

yes i have been following high defoliation technique, defoliated twice in veg and one in flower.. if someone in this site has used this method before i would be glad to hear some comments, thnx
