My plants are small (7~8 inches), this is my first time grow. I currently grow them in red solo cup, soil (soil 70%mix with perlite 50%) with Dyna-gro Grow and Bloom.

Im goin to a road trip for 3 days, what can I do to prevent the plants dry out and die?!!! i water them once a day~

Yeah..bigger pots. If you do repot put pure perlite for the bottom 3 inches and stick your pots in a low saucer of water as well as watering em good.'Then if they get thirsty they can wick some water from below.

Sounds like great advice, maybe also reduce the lighting. 3 days shouldn't string them out too much.

Seems like this would be best to me... I don't think I'd put that much perlite in the bottom, maybe an inch, I don't think I'd do three unless I put them into something like a 5g

you could repot into 6 in pots.
Do this, the transplant should give you four or five days worth of water. Edit-if your using dirt and not some passive hydro setup.

dont do this, theres no need to mess with the lighting, maybe the fans that are circulating air because that dries them out quicker, but not the lighting. No worries :):):)

edit- why the hell are you watering once a day?

You should be watering when the entire pot has lost approx 50% of its wet weight.

You should have your plants in containers that hold water for at least two days. If your watering everyday you should be running ebb n flow and saving yourself the headaches. Either your watering too much or you need bigger containers.....or just keep watering everyday for the next three months idk lol ;)
