Outdoor grow help

So my sprout came up about 3 days ago, no pics at this time but I am concerned for my baby, for some reason i started my grow outside and im transplanting it when it gets bigger, now my question is, how many times should i water it in 95 degree weather because it seems to dry up fast, and when should i transplant it inside to grow lights

u should water it when it dry's up..
You are starting a grow outside and then bringing it inside?? usually its the other way around

if i water it everytime it gets dry id have to sit outside and water it every 5 mins lol, and i know its strange starting a plant outside and bringing it inside but im experimenting =)

watering pelllets help with hot weather but water twice a day if you must

try giving it more water then when you water...being outside the ground soaks it up quick!
