I'll put up some pics when the lights come on tonight. Also I'm going to make my round of 120 Pineapple Express cuttings this week to put in in the cloner for the next round.

I've been waiting for what seems like a yr (maybe its close to that lol) for you to get this grow going, and can't wait to see some photos. With all your prep it has to come out of the gates doing well.

I'm running House of Garden "Hydro nutes" and there additives wich are, drip clean, root excelurator, multi zen, bud xl, shooting powder and top booster. So I'm guessing my pk 13/14 would be top booster. Based on the nutrient calculator I'm suppose to add it it during week 6 wich will be next week.

Yeah man it's been a long time. But I had to wait til the time was right before I started. Also this is my trial run with hempys as I'm a dwc/aero type guy. My next run will have hopefully 120 to 128 hempys crammed in a 3x6 botanicare tray. I'm also thinking after my next run to try out aero/nft scrog. Mainly to reduce my plant count and have my feedings on a automatic timer. Bending down and hand feeding them bitches can get tiring on the back. Lol

Oh and I forgot to put up some pics. I'll take some later on.

I just did my first dose tonight...day 29-30 only gave em about 2-3 ml per gallon for first watering with it.

NFT makes watering really easy if youre able to hook up a hose to fill your res. I used to use 40 gallon totes as reservoirs with 8-10 plants per res depending on size....I never even bothered unattaching em id just let the res run down to where pump would be sucking air if i left it much longer (4 inches or so) pop the hose in the res fill it up and add nutes accordingly. Only cleaned the reservoirs at the end of each run and never had any issues. I suppose if youre anal about that stuff you could use the pump to drain em all the way. I learned with 10 forty gallon totes that a hose was essential though....made it about 40 days into first run in that house filling 5 gallon buckets up 70-80 times every week or so before i said FUCK this lol.

I was planning on running (3) stink bud jr. Systems each holding about 10 gallons of nutes in a 18 gallon Rubbermaid tote. So I wouldn't have to deal with that much water. I was going to scrog 18 plants under 2x600 magnum xxl hoods.

ok how do I use a tote as water reserve? I have a indoor garden hose set up, I was worried the water would be to heavy for the tote...

What ever tote you use as a water reserve I recommended you use Rubbermaid roughneck as other brands may leak. I have use the Rubbermaid roughneck 18 gallon totes and never had a problem in the past with leaks. I use my water reserve on a dolly system to move around. It works good if you have a hard surface or tile, I'm not to sure how well it works on carpet. I imagine it would suck pushin it or pulling it. I have a electric hand pump from my local hyrdo store that transfers water from one bin to another or you can use a small water pump that's submerge in the tote and have a hose link to it.

Thanks Rocket, it seems it would be stronger with a top on it, do I need to leave a hole or something, I use a pump now for watering and I'd like to be able to use a hose to fill them...

Yes I had a lid on on the containers, but my old up set with the Rubbermaid was designed to attach a hose to it and with a flip of the switch my pump would go from feeding my plants to draining the tote.

Whats your main purpose for the tote?

Well right now I'm not sure, I have water down there and I could actually tap off the washer line if I needed to...and how would I mix nutes if they were water storage

nicely done Whocares..those are some mighty fine colas...hell a crop or two down the road you will have this shit down. You got those colas with CFL lighting? Very well done. Now you need some killer west coast genetics.

Side note someone was murdered for their early greenhouse crop on the property right next to my family down in California. It was a mexican run operation so less likely that violence be coming their way....BUT.....there are feds swarming the area amd C.A.M.P swarming the area with their choppers....

..Keep a positive thought in your minds for them if you dont mind. My cousin has been C.A.M.Ped once in the past and its a real hardship to feed your family when a good chunk of your familys income for the year is chopped down by angry pigs for quotas and photo ops.

Its early in the year for C.A.M.P. to be out flying so guessing its due to the murder. It is a real shame the amount of La Eme, LA gangsters, and greedy east coast affiliates that have invaded the beautiful N California woods bringing crime and 5000 plant forest destroying grows into the area. It affects the lives of people who have enjoyed that area for generations who really do care about the forests and grow herb to survive.

Soap box rant over.

It is indeed a shame that criminal machines are getting involved.

I recall the old song my The Eagles, "Call a place paradise, then kiss it goodbye".

I also recall watching an old film in which the neighborhood Cop was walking
his Beat when I commented to a friend "See? They love that guy. What ever happened?"
He replied "They used to do what we wanted them to do."

Could "the Law" ever manage to distinguish between people living in the area growing
to live from criminal syndicates moving in? No fucking way. Smart people get
other jobs, to be honest. I am sure that there are some smart cops, but this is not the rule.

I hope for the best for you and yours.

Here's my lazy mans set up. I have my r/o system outside and I have the good water going into a Rubbermaid tote and the waste water going into the grass. I use this hand pump and transfer the water into a 5 gallon water jug then I transfer the water to a 18 gallon Rubbermaid tote on wheels. I mix my nutes that I need for that day into the 18 gallon Rubbermaid tote on wheels and then wheel it into the flower room and I go from there. I know it could be done simpler but I don't feel like plumbing inside my place.

Very nice CFL buds WC, and with the increase in light intensity with the new fixture, you'll see a jump in overall plant vigor, which leads to even bigger and better end results.

And rocket, I really like your use of LSD

Here's a shot of my Autos, Day 23 from puttin' the seed in the ground, they've spent the last couple of nights outside, even though it got down to 48 both nights. Must be the Siberian genes. PE 1 on right then PE 2 & Green Poison

Funny as I viewed this post from my phone and all I first saw was LSD. I was thinking in my head wtf. Then I read the whole thing. Funny!
