hey PF great stuff going on, if i had some extra dough i've been thinking about adding something like this http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=MIxPPr3U9ac lol... and then i watched this video that totally schooled the video before it. I think the part with the fluorescent dyed sheets is crazy, and how they transfer the light.. it starts at about 3:20 or something if you dont wanna watch the other parts but overall this stuff blows my mind

Assuming you weren't sarcastic when you posted that link, it's not even an app: it's a picture of the moon and some clouds that doesn't even belong to them, which they altered (in Paint, probably), claiming that setting it as a background on your device has an effect on surrounding objects on a quantum level. I've been studying several areas of physics (including a bit of quantum physics in my first year of college. I'm near the end of my second year studying electronics and telecommunications, btw) and I can truly say that their claims are absolutely impossible, even though I may be biased by that crackhead, Thunder Whitecloud (or whatever), who likes to mix science fiction terms with real scientific ones, plus words like 'karma'. He's definitely on something bad during those interviews.

fluros and Led's are more like sunlight, they have less infra red then the HID's... Makes a better product, from what I've seen.

The only way a cellphone interacts with a surrounding object (such as a gasoline tank) is through electromagnetic radiation with certain wavelengths that determine whether it's luminous, radio or microwave. A "hologram" set as a background picture on a cellphone only affects the light emitted by its screen. Smartphones are low power devices and their rather small screens emit modest amounts of energy. Could it penetrate a gas tank to interact with its content? Could it reach the engine or other components responsible for fuel consumption? Definitely not.
Let's assume said picture is perfectly balanced to determine a specific emission of luminous radiation that interacts with a certain object on a quantum level to alter its properties.
The only "holograms" I've seen from them are the ones given as "freebies" (can you charge for a picture in today's world of internet piracy and freedom of information???). They contain text overlaying the aforementioned dark clouded background, so I ask myself:
Can you find such quantum balance in a very common text with poor grammar? Highly unlikely. Plus, several of their youtube videos have comments like : "It works! Thank you, Thunder!". More praising than bashing in today's internet is rare indeed. Too rare for pathetic cases such as this one, I might say.

NO, why would I do that? Now if plants were tall then that would be a good idea, but these will end up < 2ft tall and the tubes are 4ftrs

Is it the tubes or is it the fact that I doubled the watts? Probably both, but last grow I supplemented with my ufo (doubling the watts BUT with RB diodes), don't recall this much development at this stage
