Ok so ive had my grow going a while now i consulted a friend who i got my supplys from as to the light cycle i should run. He said he'd set up my timer for me, he suggested i just run a 20/4 because i wanted a shorter veg cycle. I asked about a 24h cycle and he said the plant will grow but it will actually start to slow down as the roots grow more in the dark hours..... Long story short after a week aprox i realized the timer was set wrong and it was on a 21/3 not 20/4 so not even thinking I switched the timer because im already on a long light cycle i figured i should at least make sure there getting 4 hours dark. Well now I'm starting to see small flower sights appear on my more mature plants, is this because i shortend the light another hour that the plant thinks its suposed to flower? And I would like to continue to veg will my plant continue to veg or is it just gonna flower should i switch back to the 21/3 or just leave it on the 20/4 and see if it reverts to veg?

its not flowering depending on how old the plant is it may be pre-flowers and you need to be on 12/12 to induce flowering

why would it be throwing long milky colour pistols just because its mature its a clone not form an auto but its throwing clusters of pistols like when a flower starts?

Clusters? Pictures'needed.

There is ni way a one hour change induced flowering in non Ruderalis strains. Are you sure your lights are on 20 hours a day and not the other way around? 20 off and 4 on?

man, could you have a look at those pictures for yourself and tell me if you can see anything in there??? :D

when a plant is mature, it can put preflowers(pistils on the base of the nodes, although never happened to me in 20/4 cycle.. only 4-6 days after switching to 12/12.. You sure it's not an autoflower strain? How long have you been vegging?

clones mature faster. i doubt that it was due to that one hour. if you say it's not an auto, then don't worry it's just a coincidence. no way 20 hours could force ur plant go into flowering state

its deff not an auto strain and is 100% on 20 hours off 4 and there are pictures above why would you start over i have lots of clones around i get them a dime a dozen i just repotted 6 that are kinda beat up cuz they were left siting for a while in tiny starter pots but they got good roots so they should swing back im just concerned on the one because it was doing better than my other plants never the less its my first indoor grow so ill probally see it through to harvest and learn for next time
