Home growers and dispensaries can coexist. Ever looked at other MMJ states, lol? This whole system is a blatant monopoly PERIOD!

Ya dispensaries in cali and colorado seem to be making QUITE the profit, not sure why that isnt the way of the land here:(

The AZ program has been executed terribly, should be a wholesaler provision w/ associated fees.
The industry here is going to be tough to rake in the dollars typically associated with mmj.
Blame the state for letting the cat out of the bag and delaying licensing...

Success will come to those who fill certain niches, just being another dispensary on the map will not be beneficial.
There is one outfit on the rise striving to match p2p pricing and quality, no strings attached, good luck to them.

Seems the moral majority is chiming in.
I had a dispensary owner ask where he could get pounds for 2k so he could charge 45 an eigth.
Now making a profit of $3700+ on a $2000 lb. is fucking sick.
I give out bud to some people just cuz they are broke.
You spew out isolated incidents like everyday occurance. You would make a great pr guy for the MCSO.

Hell, just not going there and perhaps beating the fuck out of anyone who does should suffice.

If their business plan relies on selling weed for 65 an eight it won't take much to put it in the red.

But I do know the AzDHS has a geocoding program which has a buffer of 1/3 of a mile in the patients favor!

When you apply online through the Departments website for a Patient MMJ card the Department checks your address to see if you are within 25 miles of an operating dispensary. When they do their check you have a 1/3 of a mile buffer in your favor. So anyone within 24.33 miles from a dispensary is NOT allowed to cultivate but someone 24.34 mile away sure can!
