Spam threads are ruining my RIU experience

actually we delete thousand of spammers that get caught by our filters, very few slip past and when we notice them or when users report them we delete them in an efficient manner, please note we work hard everyday to bring this site to our users and all on volunteer basis, I spend upwards of 10 hours a day on here to help manage users, help users with issues and delete spam sorry I couldn't make your visit more great for you on this FREE website. I will continue to do my best for you to make your experience better, however we have quite the popular website with over 500,000 members and spam sometimes gets across onto the website. thanks for your input and have a wonderful day dr.pot

I know the ones I report are quickly removed as well,and if all else fails I just ignore them. This is the most active Canna site I know of and I aint leaving due to a couple shit heads trying to spam...Peace -SOHIGH-
we try to be as quick as possible, but we have other things we deal with on here as well, plus WE ALSO like to ENJOY the forum sometimes too, trying to help with advice or watching a video or enjoying tnt as well. and most of us work too, so were not online 24/7
but its counterproductive to bring it to our attention this way just hit report post, and it will go directly into all our emails, if you feel its too much for you to not use rollitup anymore we are sad to see you go but spam will happen and it does beat our system you are always free to log out lol
I DIDNT bitch slap him. ITs just a lot more work for me to move this to support and answer it, than close it if i need to rather than go to my email and delete the spam from reported posts.
and these threads are generally placed in the wrong section so i have to move them , and its a bit counterproductive because 1 its technically spamming about spam, and 2. i might not see it rather if i was altered via email
