Just transplanted a healthy plant. now orange leaves, pic incl. PLz help

hey guys.

Just transplanted this guy from a solo cup to this 5 gallon bin.
60% good compost dirt 40% 707 soil from grow shop.
Can someone please tell me what that hell this orange shit is and if my plant will live.


the transplant went really well i thought. no obvious root damage. and the dirt came out as
a whole as you hope for when transplanting so i didnt think that would do it.

is it just shock or a nute def? any help much appreciated guys.

Looks like a nute issue, as long as the root ball wasn't disturbed it shouldn't have freaked out like that...also your soil looks really wet how much are u watering?

ya like i said as far as i recall the root ball came out really nice and transplanted smoothly.
and im watering bi-daily but @ time of this picture today we had just had a down pour.

anyone else have any input on this? the gentleman above me said it could possible be nute burn.
anyone have insight as to which nute Speficially? any one else experience this when transplanting?

did it eventually fix itslef? cuz thats what im hoping.

Make friends with "super thrive"! Shit works wonders! I use it along with vitamin B-2 & B-12 when I do transplants! Never have had 1 issue the entire time of using this method..

hey dankster. thanks for your input my good man. superthrive is good for what exactly helping the roots aclimate faster?
i transplanted like 10 plants this season already. one of them broke the damn root ball damn near in half but none had issues.
all kept growing without skipping a beat. this one is being tricky tho. you think i should add superthrive now? or too late?
you think itll recover?

Definitely looks like your soil mix may be a bit hot. Did you blend well with a base soil before putting it in the hole?

i didnt blend per say. this specific 5 gal tub was filled with like 4 gal Compost soil and 1 gal the 707 to
hold the water better. the 707 is for the starting stages of my plants i hope its not hot. the growshop owner
recommended it. but ya so the gal of 707 is what ur seeing up top.
so how could i remedy it if it is the soil?

Super thrive is a liquid concentrated growth enhancer product for plants. And like said I have used it for 12 yrs growing, seen my Dad use it for ever so long b4 that. He was a botanist, and grew many diferent plants(including the ganja). So whatever worked 4 him, sure works 4 me.. haha..

i agree. i will def pic me up a bottle. so u just use when transplanting or @ other times as well.?
and do you think that would remedy the orange leaves? or is this plant a lost cause and ur telling me for next time.
and ya i would def take a botanists advice on the ganj lol

I have heard 707 runs hot in general, and shouldn't be planted directly into if plants aren't well established..

For now, I'd just ride it out, see what happens. She's going to hate you if you re-transplant so soon. Sucks you can't just flush and solve the issue that way..

damn. ya i guess ride out is my only option. maybe as it grows if those leaves dwindle ill cut em.
did that to a plant earlier in season and its healthy now.

thanks for the input man. and 707 been working good for me overall. if this was caused by it it would
be my first problem with it. and ive transplanted like 10 2-3 inch plants into a mixture of
70% compost soil 30% 707
