Does This Mean Anything?

Hey guys, I've been growing a seed for about 11 days now.
The seed was a random seed, so I'm not sure if it was a male seed or a female seed.
However, recently I've noticed small green "hairs" growing out of the splits.
Does this mean anything regarding gender??

No, these are not the 'hairs' you are looking for. When/if they show, they will be white, and usually won't show until you are a week or 2 into flower.

Pre-Flowers show up when a plant is sexually mature, not when you're in flowering stage. Of course it may be at the same time.

I veg under 24 hours of light, I usually don't get preflowers

No, those are stipules.

Both male & female plants have them.

now that you mention it.. those do kinda look "different".. i would be interested in seeing some pics of the leaves and the whole plant
