he was walking back to the house. he was not meandering around in the rain, he was not casing out anything, he wasn't trying to pry cars/house doors/windows open, he wasn't peeking into apartments, he wasn't walking around with a crowbar, no gloves, no mask, unarmed......

Whoa, whoa, whoa, how do we know exactly what he did? Just playing devil's advocate here. Other than Zimmerman's account to the contrary of your entire post, how do you KNOW if he was or wasn't looking into homes? Obviously Zimmerman could be lying, but he could have been completely honest about that. I haven't heard or seen anything by any other witness that saw what Martin was doing at the point in time that Zimmerman first noticed him. If there is testimony refuting Zimmerman's description of Martin's actions before the first call to the police, I missed it.
zimm never said he was looking into homes on his initial call, if he added that, it was all after the fact.
