If attitude was actually compromised then surely customs would be intercepting EVERY parcel that attitude sent stateside? As opposed to a tiny fraction.

Remember, people will make threads and bitch and moan about orders that got seized, but the vast majority dont start threads stating that their seeds arrived.

ok so i ordered some new beans from the july promotion and i place my order on sunday.. this morning when i woke up and checked emails my order was not only processed its in transit with a tracking number as we speak.. so good job attitude..

will keep every one posted on the progress of my order .....

I had an order seized last month from theattitude and got my reship in like a week no problem reshipped to the same address. The reship got through extremely fast normally I wait 20-25 days on an attitude order.

I'd guess that a couple of "agents" found out they could steel seeds and resell them. Some may have had their work hours reduced due to budget cuts so they need the money.

The crooks can only effectively resell the beans if the beans were sent in their original, unopened breeder packaging. There is no real value in reselling beans that have already been removed from the breeder packs by the seedbank (by request).

Just another reason why there is great value in having your beans removed from breeder packs before shipment. Either you trust that your seedbank will send you the beans that you paid for and you do business with him or you move on to someone else. Simple as that.

Step 1.. it doesn't matter if you live in a med state like cali or Michigan or even a fully legal state like Colorado.. the possession of cannabis seeds is still very against any federal laws..
Step 2.. how on earth would the customs worker know you were a med patient to begin with even if being it carried any sort of weight and allowed people to bypass federal law and allow them to possess live cannabis seeds??
Step 3... umm.. don't Bogart that joint... :)

Ive been seeing a few threads around here about beans being seized and its had me thinking because im ready to order my next batch but a bit nervous only because ive seen beans seized threads before, but its just odd that a bunch have popped up at once now, so im definitely holding off a bit longer..

first i want to recant any and all statements about attitude seed co. second i want to apologize to any one whom i may have offended during the process (bullshit feeling are for pussy's) anyway my order with attitude has gone to shit in a hand basket..

I used to like the gang over there until i felt the brunt of the i don't give a shit customer service there..
I ordered and paid for my beans ,got tracking and while i was pondering the post on here and looking over the attitude policy's
I was going over the "price match guarantee " and herbee's was half the price of my order so i sent attitude an email about there price match guarantee and the difference's in the price's of the two and it was almost half the price of attitude's.
This is what i got with a reply for the guarantee

OK so i replied with this.
so let me get this straight, in order to do a price match guarantee FIRST i have to CALL you to let you know that i am going to place an order with you and these are the seeds i want to order? SECOND then YOU have to check herbie's to see IF there in stock and deliver to the USA???? I have been over your website for any and all restrictions on your policy's and NO WHERE does it state these restrictions..

now from a business stand point and a business owner myself i am ashamed at this reply..

price match guarantee is the fact that if you find the same product with a lower advertised price then attitude will match these prices..

so if this is how you treat your loyal RIU customers i will make sure that i take my business to your competitors as there prices are way cheaper then yours..

I wish to keep my business here at attitude but again if this is how you treat customers the i have no choice but to change my business and i will make sure that everyone on RIU knows about this transaction and the stipulations on your price match guarantee need to be posted in your terms and policy's....

$50.48 is the difference in the prices for my order , and this is a fairly big difference between the two..
i have not even thought about my previous orders and the difference in what they might have been but i am sure the difference will be as substantial..

i usually order multiple packs from each breeder when ordering ,this is my first pick n mix order. I am pleased with the turn out and i don't have to order multiple's of beans from each as they all seem to do what there supposed to do..

jodie i am not looking for any kind of special treatment as i wouldn't get it anyways.lol but the price match guarantee is a big difference as i could of used the difference to order more seeds from you guys/gals.. i am happy with a credit for the difference to use towards future purchases if need to be.. i am easy to work with. just want to be treated fairly.. just a fyi you should put the price match guarantee stipulations in your policy some where as this is the reason i am asking for my price match .the internet is a safe way to do business and not a lot of people want to CALL international seed orders in...kinda freaks people out..I am sure LOCALS do this on regular basis but i am not from the UK so this is why the internet sales is the way we do business for international orders...

So on that reply FUCK ATTITUDE . i am on the boy cot train..

all the i told you so's kiss my ass..................... for 7 years i have ordered thru them and spent over $3500.00 with them thru the years and after one order i question there motives on a guarantee that they put in place and the customer service turns to shit........

I have read the whole entire policy and terms on there site and NOWHERE does it state that a call in order has to be placed first before the price match guarantee goes in effect.. oh and the fuckers charged my card more then the stated price on there invoice .. so i sent a email asked but no reply yet..

I WAS A VERY LOYAL CUSTOMER WITH ATTITUDE SEEDS AND I WILL NEVER EVEN VISIT THERE SITE AFTER I GET THIS ORDER OVER WITH....

CHECK THE PRICES OF ANOTHER SITE BEFORE ORDERING WITH ATTITUDE ,THERE THE HIGHEST PRICED BEANS ON THE WEB....

well i 'm not going that far but yeah she's a plain ol biatch ......... i am pondering the thought of sending the order back for a refund but if i get it in my hands i better just take it and be happy i got it to begin with.. i figure if i send it back they will deny it made it and keep my beans and funds. . i am going to use herbee's next round MAYBE. depending on the newest company on the market.lol

Sorry for you hassle, but I thought it was general knowledge that Attitude is more expensive. I've ordered multiple times, but always on a monthly promo; then the overall price usually become far cheaper than any competitors. For instance, July's promo was 3 free TH Seeds items [ good gear, imo ]. There were several other breeder specials with their own freebie offers, and then the usual 2 UFOs. "Hypothetically", of course, I could have placed an order of a pack of TH A-Train [ awesome freebie from a previous Attitude order] and got 2 free TH Ultra Sours, plus the 3 TH Seeds on monthly promotion, PLUS the 2 UFO freebies [ another TH Seed, and a Lemon Thai by somebody I can't remember]. Anyway, that's a total of 12 female beans for $56.00 before shipping and with a RIU discount. How do you beat that anywhere? But I understand where you're coming from - it seems the energy spent denying your quests could have better spent maintaining a happy customer w/ a legit beef.

Nobody is forcing you to shop there. If you don't like the way they do their price match, just buy it from the cheaper source. Stop being a little bitch.
