I wouldnt even put gauge in the same league as raskal. How many california dispensaries carry white fire and other og rascal strains ...lots..How many carry gauge green... verry few. There is a reason!
Og Raskal might not be a good breeder but he has much better clone only genetics and as long as you run his feminized and stay away from the regs you will have fire far surpassing guage green especially in bag appeal. Just my opinion

Dude have you ever ran GGG? Im guessing probably not. Lots of times its about fad's. Not saying rascals gear is any slouch. White fire, fire og, act... Most people would buy it because they have heard of it. Blessings og.. what the fuck is that shit, never heard of it, so it will sit on the shelf.
I have ran both and I would not say one is better than the other, especially by a landslide. Both have the best of the best cuts to work with. Fire og is legendary. Gage has verified real legit genetics too. The joseph og is an underdog pheno of loompas headband and is said to be one of the best, but not whored out like other genetics though. The og jo has great breeding characteristics and passes many recessive genetics to the female of the clones they work with. SOmetimes, making the offspring better than the actual clone. They are constantly producing small amounts of straight fire. Making different crosses and constantly trying to better the genetics, whereas rascal is just running what he's got. Same ol,very good, but nothing new and exciting.
In a business standpoint, rascal is targeting a specific group. Gage has his own following. But some crosses are limited and not regularly available. The ones who score that "keeper" get something different. Something special that you cant just order another pack.
Give them a try bro. I guarantee you wont be disappointed. I respect your opinion, and not trying to argue who is better. Just giving mine too.

A quick look at any of skunks bud pics shows the reality...looks like shwag Although the pic he posted of the raskal just now looks good even the skunk couldnt screw it up LOl
Seriously I believe they grew the so called Joseph from seed and like I said you don't see Guage in the Cali med scene as the bud would be laughed at!

Its all about how you grow. You get the temps up over 88 degrees and even straight indica buds get airy.When growing passsive hydro and fuck up the ph late in flower, you will get that airy shit too.
Knock skunk all you want, but try the genetics before you knock it. You cant judge genetics by a single person grow. I agree, all his grows seem to be very... how do I say it... Non dense. lol
I even notice a big difference from a summer harvest to winter harvest. Cooler temps = better quality.

Perhaps your correct but he is representing the company so many would assume it to be representative of well grown bud. He should be expected to have both experience
and a dialed in environment. After all he is representing the company and if it could be grown better why does Guage Green
have him representing there product? To me it makes me question if in fact Guage Green takes any pride at all in what there doing. I have sometimes assumed his pics were just how it looked. Maybe I will try the daybreaker sometime and run it under some HPS 1000s while flowering in 65-70 degree temps.

Test gear, I run to the max and stress the fuck out of them to push to the limit for the sake of doing a full stress test. You obviously don't know sativa from indica. I'll help you with this simple reminder:
Indica = Mostly dense/compact flower.
Sativa = Open flower structure/foxtailed & airy
I grow both indi & satty vars, each with give different results in bud density. Run a real Haze strain and come back when you have more exp' on the subject

yeah i would have to agree. i've grown something from both, and Raskal's gear definitely was the superior of the two. when i seen the post that dude posted earlier, about gauge being better than ogr's gear, i just busted out laughing.
however, the strain that i'd ran of gage's gear was far from trash though. it just wasn't on the level of ogr's gear. and just to be clear, up until this point i thought ogr was overrated with a bunch of nut clingers/fans.

i like the post from fresh2death finaly an opinion from someone im familiar with that has grown both as that really what it should be all about an exchange of info that helps you make decisions that being said i still want to try daybreaker in the near future to form an opinion of my own

I have run both and that is my conclusion....my friend runs ogr gear all the time and is a great grower....I am the sure the better of all of you since he is about 65 and has been at since he was a teen.......I have run the gear myself.....to me they do not compare.....ogr fine gear but not on the same par a GGG......Good..I am glad you busted out laughing..it shows how simple mindedly pathetic you really are..keep on with your inferior gear then....when I took my GGG stuff over thereto my buddy's house that my friend sent me from Cali....it was his conclusion as well.....and has been the case on every comparison.....so besides my testers that I run for people....I have a room for myself with my preferred genetics....it will be mostly the GGG from now on in there.
I have no keepers from any Cali Conn, OGR, CannaVanture, etc.....I have run several packs each of the gear but found NO keepers....I am sure on the GGG packs I will be getting I will several keepers.....oh yeah I have a keeper from Nirvanna that is better the gear I got from said listed breeders.

I had 3 GGG keeper mothers I had kept at my brothers house but he killed them somehow and hid the fact from me for a month until it definately too late to save them. Persoanlly I think he made the same mistake I made many years ago......we live on large farms......you have to use "RoundUp" to help control the weedlines on the fences....We are gentleman farmers and must appear so as well....thus you have neat mowed fields and trimmed fencelines.......you can shower and bathe etc but the RoundUp residual is still on your skin and will kill the plants for sure especially if you touched the stem and it dies from that point. I did it to my GWS mother.....my favorite plant EVER.....MNS SharkShock.......I had been cleaning up the roadside fencelines, came in and showered etc and them went to the grow room.....touched the GWS and another plant and they both died.....hard lesson to learn but I think he repeated that lesson as it appeared to me they died from a certain point.....soon I will get more GGG mothers.....GrapePuff hopefully.

Wicked you must be a paid Guage troll and as for you skunk you have filled page upon page of these forums with what looks like pics of mid grade on a good day claiming
it to have a 9 or so in bag appeal. You have absolutely no credibility. Around these parts even the sativa has bag appeal dense frosty and smell- cali sour diesel, blue dream, Arcata train wreck, etc... Half your pics on these forums that you put up and say 9 or 10 in bag apeal I would be embarrassed to show and if you want to post pics please be advised I may post some of your shwag pics.
Oh and skunky raskals fems far surpass his regs unless you want to blow through some packs for a keeper. Although any of them would probably be top tier for you.
