Too late to SCROG? Plus how much can I touch buds in flowering?

I've noticed a ridiculous amount of branches just tilting down, and I know I should have scrogged before flowering, but it just wasn't an option...

So I bought a trellis net today, and ripped open holes where the buds wouldn't fit through, and as gently as I could (although a bit too rough I think), I carefully placed the netting around the buds, with most buds above it, and some below. Its been about 3 and 1/2 weeks into flowering, and all the pistils are still extremely white.

I did smash some pistils, but not many, but I'm still sketching that their growth will be delayed or stunted now.

Does simply moving and touching some buds/branches cause stunted growth or is it not much worse than LST? Cause I'm sketching right now about them. They still have 4 weeks for 2 plants, and 5 weeks for the other. I'll put up a pic when the lights turn on in 4 hours.

But am I probably worrying about nothing? Like none got particularly smashed, but I was feeding some small buds through trellis netting, so. They smelled dank as hell. My purple arrow reminded me of waffles, but my sense of smell sucks.

Haha, I want some waffle weed now... & I wouldn't be worried at all dude, first grow I was squeezing and feeling and smelling the shit out of my buds from like week 3 to harvest, bent quite afew pistles in the process but so many more come up that it doesn't matter. Didn't stunt the growth at all & I smoke cigarettes everyday and hardly ever wash my hands (not saying it's safe, I might just be lucky)

Eitherway, don't stress dude they'll be fine.

As for it being too late to scrog, it'd kind of defeat the purpose of scrogging but you can definatly keep the net up there for bud support if it helps.

THanks dude, just the answer I was looking for. Yeah I added the SCROG in basically for bud support. I didn't really remember the concept of letting them fill the net in, instead of putting the net ON them like I did lol, good news is a lot of buds that were falling a supported by a nice net.
