HARVESTING is killing me

Guys... my dick is so massive that I have to sew my own underwear, it takes me about 8 hours for each pair as I'm too cheap to pay someone to make them for me. It's killing me! Any advice please!

Perfect sum up of this thread. If you cant see that he posted this to show his e-peen I feel sorry for you. Guy is a tool and a troll, super rude to people who try to give him legit advice and decides to call attention to his grow by whining like a little kid about how trimming.

In all seriousness though congrats on your grow it looks amazing, but couldn't you just do a grow journal or smoke report instead. If you were actually looking for real advice, there was much better ways to go around asking for it... majority of the comments in this thread are negative towards you, so don't think I am the only one who has this opinion.

Are you harvesting or just getting blazed and fucking around? One man one pound 3-4 hrs. You and a couple of buddies should be able to harvest upwards of 12 pounds. Your not telling us everything. Loose an arm or something? Gheez that ridick...I'd quit growing if that was the case! Pay the PRICE or have someone else grow it for you.

I made THE SAME THING BUT WITh A 90% AIR GRINDER $8.49 from HF $ 2.00 pvc pipe and weedeater string it work ok.
Will put a foot control .look at the video you can see the weed has to it start to dry out that that elc. moter does not have the power to cut wet

i honeslty have the same problem, im very meticulous when it comes to trimming though...i hate harvesting BUT...its not exactly a shit problem to have so, i dont want to hear no whining about how you need to trim up your thousand dollars of free bud, sorry but your first world problems are.....first world

Trimming can be alot of work. I do all my own and like a 4x8 sized tent grow of 18 plants takes a few days for me. Figuring like smaller plants hat yeild 2 dry oz or 6-8 wet oz I put in 6 hours a night after work for 3-4 days to get it done.

sorry but i would never use a trimmer like that or an 'automatic trimmer' to harvest my buds with, not only does something like that knock off way more trichs than a hand trim would but your never going to get the same quality from using something like that opposed to hand trimming, its just the way it is. sorry, good luck

If legitimate produce farmers (not the ones who hire illegals and rip them off) bitched and whined as much about bringing in their harvests and prepping them for sale, we'd all be starving to death. Yeah, it's actual work, rather than watering and checking ph levels and adding nutes for a few months and paying an electric bill.

You ask what incentive the worker will have to work for a flat rate per pound? Are you serious? That's how it's done on farms of almost every kind. Apple-pickers are paid per bushel, so is just about every other harvest worker. The incentive is that the faster they work, the more they'll be making per hour because they'll be harvesting more quantity in less time. It's not worth it for a worker on contract to take forever to trim one pound (or pick one bushel) because the longer they take, the less they are making per hour. You have very little business sense.

$8 is fucking joke and shows how much you disrespect the working person in this country. It's this complete disrespect for workers rights and other human beings that most offends me about your post. $8 is a joke. $12 an hour is a joke. Wait, those are both good rates for trimmers... in 1967. My old man was making $14 per hour, plus room, plus board, plus all the smoke he could handle, trimming crops all up and down the coast in the late 60s.

Anyone can grow massive quantities of weed (especially if they live in legal states), but not everyone can handle the intricacies of respecting other human beings and the labor they perform. I absolutely suggest you buy the machine. It will have a personality and a character to match your own.

I bought one of those things(trimmer), all it does is collect dust only time I use it is if what I don't feel like trimming is gonna go towards oil or something. Spin pro is what I bought its a cool device and all that but beats up stuff. Besides before those things scissors worked just fine.

i did watch it friend, that is not a hand trimmer, just because you hold it with your hand does not make it a hand trim lol, if it works for u bro, awesome, im not hating, but me personally, thats not for me, i care about my bud and final product, but i also take care of cancer patients, its just how i am, when i have a passion for something i go thru every necessary thing to make sure it turns out the best that I can do, i would never sell something that was trimmed like that to my patients, but i care about them, some dont care about the people they sell to, and some people i seel to i couldnt give a fuck about, but the ones i do care about, i would never sell them something that was trimmer with anything other than my hand with spring loaded scissors...im just weird like that.

i drove 130 miles to see this trimmer and i used it like 15 mins but was not available for sale yet
its fantastic and really its like hand trimming

the key is to find & grow the strains/phenos within those strains that don't produce a lot of leaves in flower

Some strains produce a lot of leaves that you have to trim off like this one





............................Then you have strains or phenos within a strain that barely have any leaves to trim off they grow mostly bud

Not getting into the debate of how much money it's worth, I just think it's interesting how the different regions can view a pay rate. I hear some say 12 buck an hour is an insult or joke, and it may be in certain parts of the country. But where I'm from, if you posted any kind of job at 12 bucks an hour, off the books, you'd have people fighting over the job. Hell at 10 bucks, you'd still have 10 times more people trying to sign up than what you need. And at 8 bucks an hour off the books, you wouldn't have people lining up like crazy, but you'd still have an easy time of finding help. Especially if you tossed in some smoke to boot.

we pay 30 a plant...takes about 2 hours per plant....the larger ones we pay 60 takes about 4 hours to trim
