underground for so long.............

I have had my med card for 4 yrs now( growing for double that ) but still finding it hard to go from underground back room dealings to open market comp club. Just cuz I have a card that says I can smoke or posses doesnt really make me feel any better about it. I just assume keep things they way they have been. Kinda sux that I am on a list in Lansing somewhere !

I'm just like you...my name isn't on any lists though. Only the mmj registry which I'm not thrilled about.

open market comp clubs are not legal. and I would stay away from any mmj related business in this state for now. I still operate with underground mentality.

Kinda starting to feel the same way, what's the point of having a card if it doesn't count for shit. In the eyes of employers or the law. I'm not even sure I will renew my card.

it's completely superficial and the only thing this stupid piece of plastic does is give a false sense of security

Everyone needs a minimum 5000$ legal fund, just like before medical. Now if yer ducks are in-a-row this card still does have some protections from prosecution. Protection may co$t you though bigtime!

We can see this law being chipped away at before our very eyes and this is the real issue. Where will our law and rights be 1 or 2 years from now? Should I renew? The end of this past business week brought horrible news for all mmj patients/CG's. Case law now determines concentrates to be a no-go. My pot brownies are illegal? WTF? perhaps legislators are making it difficult so many do actually drop out of the mmj program and in-turn have zero protections. sad f'head legislators, or at least the judge that got-paid to choose such a ridiculous ruling.

I'm a sucky mmj advocate like most of y'all (heh), but it seems like if we don't fight for Our Rights were doomed.

The only thing I see changing this garbage is to not renew. If 70% of the people choose to not give the state. 200$ then when that missing revenue is hindering the state it will force these fucks to pick a side. No more you take my $ n don't back me up legislature. You want the millions in revenue, earn it or get cut out like the old days.

The bad thing about dropping out after you're already registered is that you're already on the list, which they have. All in or all out. too bad, so sad.

Since my gardening skills have suddenly gone from minimal to none, I'd be in big trouble if not for compassion clubs. I still keep things quiet and don't advertise I have a card.

If they really want to find out something about you, the government I mean, they will. I think our government has the best hackers in the world.

Guaranteed :bigjoint: But in comparison, as too many nation states are not guided by ethics and/or law, we are at quite a disadvantage. We have the finest knives in the world brother, but others have bought guns and better :o
