say some one had 5 patients.. could they then have 60 plants ?? or is it still limited to 12 and the same for overall weight... can you now possess 2.5ounce x 5 patients..... 12.5 ounces... and is that at all the times. i.e. popo pulls you over and everythings locked up properly but you consent to search... are you actually allowed the full 12.5 ounces in your trunk?? Anyone whos sure on this please let me know...thanks... and beyond that i currently have only 1 patient but that still increases to 24 plants and 5 ounces ... one card for them one for me.... if its correct that it compounds anyways......

you are allowed 2.5 ozs for every patient and 12 plants for every patient so yes you could have 12.5 oz on you at any given time and 60 plants total. flower veg clone total. you yourself can also be a patient on top of having 5 patients bringing your totals up to 72 plants and 15ozs. why would you ever consent to a search???

I was really more concerned with travel and weight.. you dont have to consent i understand that... in the case i told them no and had a search warrant on it i want to make sure im within my legal limits is all.... i couldnt imagine trying to care for more then 10 plants anyways was kind of an umbrella question but thanks a ton that really helps . I should know considering the time ive spent reading all the laws and proposals and even the time ive spent on the phone with MJ lawyers... I just never bothered to ask this one

in Michigan you can grow 72 plants . and carry 15 ounces at once, go to the lara web site read rules.

I have read the laws on this as well as upcoming proposals... it could be interpreted differently depending on how you read it. Why would i shut it down right now?? My shits the bomb yo!! I keep upwards of 30 strains and sometimes 72 plants , the numbers work to your advantage for pheno selection and it is just more work once you master it all .
