Pollination? :(

Okay, so I ended up with a fully male Cheesy Dick plant in my grow from feminized seeds. I've included a photo of what one of the tops looked like right before I killed it.

They've been in flower for almost two weeks. The pollen sacs looked a little yellowish at the top, but they are quite small and I didn't see any yellow powder. They didn't appear to be open, but it was hard to see because they were very small.

Do you think it's pollinated anything? How can I tell? Will it significantly lessen my yield and/or potency?

Try turning off your grow lights and take a picture. Or turn off all lights and take picture with flash its hard to see. Looks like it might be a hermie.

It's a male. Fully male.

The pollen sacs are still young and look fully closed to me, if all the pollen sacs look like the above posted picture you should be OK, and have no pollination. If there are other sites that have released and you do get some pollination your yield (smokable) will ALWAYS decrease but potency seems to stay the same; at least in my breeding efforts.

I did get rid of it. I just snapped the photo before killing it.
