One in Tucson said he'd help support the no 25 mile fight. Desert Bloom, I think. Saw something on facebook a couple weeks ago.

After the CAMP420 meeting this evening this is what was talked about...
- How the legalization measure likely will not make it on the 2014 ballot but most certainly will be on the 2016 ballot.
- Dispensaries are going to be "Leading" the industry. (Great portion of time was used by a lawyer whom is a dispensary lobbyist)
- CAMP 420 has prepared a letter to be sent to Will Humble. As the Crows Fly clarification letter. (Whether they use their geolocation system or google's there will be issues - NO GROWING)
- CAMP420 is supporting the current lawsuit against the 25 mile rule AFTER the paper work has been filed which likely will occur in the coming week. (Thanks CAMP420 and all the supporters)
- CAMP420 will be REQUIRE vendors at their farmers markets to have Authorization to Cultivate or no booth. (Great call hopefully this will clear out the folks not growing- it is a farmers market REMEMBER)
What concerns me is the need for more support against the 25 mile rule and the need for more voices at meetings just like CAMP420.

Just how much money is the for profit camp 420 corporation owned by Belinda Rosalind Baker Aka Rain Baker donating.... She has been hustling for years.
As for the 25 miles the geolocation info is available from the department of health it just takes one call. They use the U.S postal services geolocation system. The law clearly states the department can set the rules and unfortunately they chose as the crow flies.
P.S don't you guys get a kick out of it when Belinda Baker AKA Rain asks for people to volunteer setting up for free at the market while she pockets thousands off it.

Try asking Belinda for a copy of the camp 420 corporate records that show her HUGE profit ( Of course most are cash and probably not reported). If Rain.. I mean Belinda was half way legitimate she would donate at least 10 grand hell she makes way more than that off of 2 markets and thats without all the dues and donations that go in her pocket.
P.S. Any one had there grow room door kicked in from the thug who works the door and studies your card for 5 minutes?

And by "personally contacting" each one means you spammed their facebook walls with your nonsense. Thats not how support is gained from people like Dispensary owners, You see most of the owners don't even see the Facebook. They have their $12hr employee doing it. You woulodn't know this because you spend more time smoking weed and jacking off than conducting actual human business relations.
Good luck anyway. I predict that court case goes nowhere because it was illformed and premature.

If you have something wrong with me spreading the word about the 25 mile rule then yes I spammed the shit out of every dispensary on FB and every person I could reach. Is there a problem with this? I am fighting for your ability and every patients ability to grow in the State of Arizona. WHAT ARE YOU DOING? Instead of reporting to FB why don't you help spread the word.
I have been to several meeting like CAMP420 spreading the word about the 25 mile rule.... Where were you ?
This is what I noticed thus far... The only folks that have issues with what we are doing are folks that are just uninformed/misinformed OR work with a dispensary.

By phone, email, FB twitter so on I have reached out and talked to several dispensary owners personally. Many are hard to get into direct contact (on the phone) with and this will be fixed now that we are in contact with the dispensary lobbyist whom represents several large dispensaries in AZ. I wish I could jump on the phone and voice my opinion to every dispensary owner but that is not realistic. The 25 mile rule issue is being fought by little growers like myself against big business. As many already know big business gets the first and last word.

Oh did I mention several dispensaries are going after clubs and collectives. (Reporting them to the AzDHS and the AzDHS is filing police reports)

I am still trying to figure out what you don't like about what I am doing - Challenging the 25 Mile rule so I can grow my own medicine.
I don't see you fighting this fight with us mate! If I am wrong please correct me with details because we need to rid the 25 mile clause from the AMMA.

i don't see that clause as going anywhere. If they were to remove it then all of these Dispensaries opening with be for nothing. This 25 mile rule was put there for a reason. You will never remove it.
Spend all that energy on Decriminalization.

you are right that the 25 mile rule is in place for a reason. that reason being, to protect all the profiteers. im sure you know about how the free market is supposed to work right? if the dispensaries close because they are higher in price or have garbage for quality and selection, then it was their fault trying to run a mediocre med shop. for example: i used to go to circle k but now frequent qt due to a higher standard of quality in their customer service and stores. i only see the quality going up and the prices coming down if everyone is allowed to participate.
