Plant sex help

Hey guys, first time grower here. I know that males grow pods and females grow the bud. I know what to look for when they are older but, I found this today and its on both of my plants. They are both budding at the top but I fear I may have 2 Hermaphrodites. Can anyone identify and is there a way to force one sex or to stop the male parts from growing without compromising the quality of the bud?

guys fckn help im over talkn about this guys penis and not lookn at my own i have this huge plant 1 month old and its not in flower yet its 24 ha u know the little calyx with a hai coming out of it bit then i look today and the calyx has a stem coming out the back with now hair is this a sign of mail or just a calyx with a stem

well thanks anyways guys i cant really take piks i tried i got one of those shity tablets as you can tell from my profile pic but i figerued out the sex i jus thought it looked like a banana and i was about to cut it down..wow would i have regret that but i saw pistol on the sex before but as i moved it around the room it got father away from the duct that is blowing cold air ...so i said to my self it was showing its sex before y not anymore.? so last night i put it right on the duct blowing cool air from the ac and wouldnt u know pistils came out when i check this morning .so the conclusion i came to was if the plant is still in veg and u wanna see its sex cold air should bring those little hairs out or balls...best i can figure plant thinks winter is coming and trys ayway possible to get the p
