Importance Some evidence suggests vegetarian dietary patterns may be associated with reduced mortality, but the relationship is not well established.
40 years ago mens journal probably told you to smoke lots of cigarettes to be healthy . . .it means very little when your end outcome of persuading is to make money at whatever cost or whatever trend . .. .
especially when you skew statistics . . . .. . i mean wtf dude , dont be a schill read your studies
healthy is healthy, thats it and every body works different

No, actually, I have no idea what you're trying to say or how it disproves human physiology or studies proving that consumption of meat is linked to lower lifespan and higher risk of chronic disease. Can you answer why humans get atherosclerosis if we're carnivores?

A debate works as follows; you make a point, then support that point with credible evidence, then we either agree or are forced to agree, in which case you "win" the debate, otherwise, after you have provided some evident to support your claim, others counter argue in kind.
