Bug ID help

I have a couple of bag seed plants quarantined away from my outdoor clones. Could anyone lend a hand with IDing these? I know the little one is blurry but it's the best I can do, it is probably around 2-3mm long. I am seeing some webs on these two plants but no actual signs of mites, I do see some actual small (5mm or so) spiders but figure those guys are best left alone. The leaf is from one of the two plants and is probably the worst looking leaf.

I have a little laminated chart here with good bugs on one side, and bad bugs on the other.

Second picture looks kinda like this one:

He's on the "bad" list.

I could be totally wrong though.

does that little bug circle around the stem of the plant when you poke at it, if so those little fuckers are annoying so hard to kill. ahahaa

Nope, he just flies away. I've not seen more than 1 at a time. There were a lot more of the little white ones last night.

I have those same little shit heads.. I can only picture them laughing at me as they simply play cat and mouse with my massive fingers, I'm about to release some sort of wrath upon them

Who gives a shit what kind of bug it is? Spray some neem, use the d.e. and call it a day :D

Less time figuring out = more time fixing.....
