the fed gov could have easily stopped recreational re-legalization by now if they wanted, and they haven't.
would have already happened under romney. he would have withheld their highway funds if they tried to go forward with it or just sued in federal courts and won easily.

no one in their right mind if ahving been to tacoma would think the fed gov was behind this
its all about tacoma, they made moirtriums that created only a few places for MMJ type business to operate , mostly in already used up land by industrial areas

i didn't say he opened them, he was too busy being president and whatnot. i said they opened up under him, as in during his presidency.
especially after the holder memo came out, things just went crazy.

Should be busted in Commerce and so they are.

fed law trumps state law dosnt mean obama represents the states individually, it just means state and fed disagree, witch means they dont function as one, witch means obama isnt with the states

oregon doesn't allow dispensaries. we didn't have a single one until obama directed holder to make his statement.
now we have dozens and dozens of dispensaries here in oregon, and they are still not legal in our state.

oregon voted for MMJ but we have voted down dispensaries time and again.
it was not until obama directed holder to make his statement that hundreds of dispensaries opened up here.

last i checked, he said he wasn't going to make it a priority, and that he was gonna leave state compliant patients alone.
did you not notice that washington state law prohibits selling to more than one patient and that the city of tacoma itself wanted these dispensaries shut down years before the feds did?
if romney were elected, the DOJ would have stopped colorado and washington completely in their tracks. instead, the experiment is *going forward.*
and what about the record number of dispensaries that have popped up under obama?
much better than the alternative. but you go on fellating and exalting romney.
