fucken sucks, they want to ban outdoor growing. or push to have only 12 plants indoors. which alot of people can't? i think banning outdoor grows, would bring more crime, then anything.

Then they should distinguish between the cannabis INDUSTRY and private growers. Allow the sale of seeds etc, tax those. Allow dinspensaries to produce their own, tax that. Leave the working man out of it it's not his problem, he already pays taxes.

im in rhode island.... we are allowed 12veg and 24 flower indoors only. 5 oz limit...
if you think about it/ cali has been lucky to have such high plant count and outdoors and allowed 10lbs per card... no need for one person to have that much.
statistic is like 70% of cali grown bud leaves the state illegally.
im not at all saying its ok for them to change it on you guys. i wish i could have such a high limit. hope you guys dont get the laws switched BUT can you honestly say 99 plants outdoors when getting 3-5lb a plant is medical? thats cash crop so it could only last for so long... however unlike rhode island you guys dont need to worry about harvesting and getting arrested with a 10lb possession. thats more than fair.

You think that banning outdoor would bring more crime? I don't agree with that one bit. It's all black market for the most part anyways out in that area as Meced banned dispensaries back in 2010 correct?

come on lol... be realistic here... 99 frigen plants? there is 1 dispensary here in ri for entire state and they are only allowed 99 plants. 2 more opening up and thats it.
ontop of 99 plants, theyre OUTDOOR! i know people out there an they said if you get less than 3 lb per plant without trying. easily 5 lb a plant with some good food an some care. do the math on how many lbs that is an tell me its all medical. im not saying they should take away growing rights or lower the plant count one plant. just saying that 99 plants for medical use is just plain nonsense especially outdoors and there is no way to expect that to last forever. everyone knows cali supports the entire country with bud through mail ect. if they lower the count per patient out there than maybe they wont have 80lbs going through the mail in a box... sounds like im against patients when typing that but im far from that, just saying i can see where they are getting the idea of changing the laws over there.
hell, my 24 flower plants indoor with a 1500 month electric/1200 rent ect still makes me few grand a month from dispensary which buys low and after GIVING meds to my patients.... oh man if only i could legally rent land and put fence an go to work on 99 plants lol game changer for me. dont think you realize how good you guys have it.
they wanna lower plant count to 6 veg and 12 flower over here as is.
I will jusy say this. My outdoor last yr pulled 2.5 per and was a ton of work and money. Not to mention 2500 for rent. U do the math n come out here n see how expensive it is. Very small percentage of farmers have these huge plantations u folks see on tv. My electricity is higher as well.
Problem out there is you get 600-1300 for lb .... outhere its 2400 from dispensary or 3000 for cheap on the street...
you guys killed any market there is/was. noone is discouraging the work involved at all , i know first hand how much work it is and tije consuming as hell. Should be compensated for your effort but i think saying you bearly made out on 2.5lb per plant x99 i just cant see. Unless everyone seriously sells it for 600 or rediculous like that... you guys control the market
the dispensary down here literally has only like 4 strains on shelf because they wanted to buy meds at 2k a lb so noone went to sell meds to them an now they had to hire someone from cali to fix that department and now its too late IMO cause they charge 400 oz an everyone knows they buy well before 200 a oz. Cardholders control the market down here an noone wanted to do all the work and time to hand the meds out for so cheap an now dispenary will pay more cause they spent 12million into a building that has next to no revenue in comparison to its monthly bills.
its beyond me how people over there give meds away so crazy cheap.

People i know get 99 a card and i live on opposite of country an can go pay 75 for the card for same if i change my address an go out there. Honestly didnt know they split up the rules for different parts. My fault on that but either way i dont wanna seem like im against the cause lol just my opinion on it...
hopefully things turn out well for you guys over there with the laws being changed.

in our county it's 30 plants, veg or bloom, and up to 3 lbs of bud...not bad huh? 3 lbs of bud is still way more than most folk need for their medication. stop the insanity and let us grow what we want...once it's legal nobody will want or need to steal anybodys plants and since the demand will be less there will be less crime as well...a win win for everyone.
