Ive made bho like three times got a glass tube with coffee filters on it and i get the oil but everytime it taste like nasty chemicals and makes me cough bad, of course i never vacummed purge it or any thing like that just put it on a heat plate until it evaps, idk just dont like the taste ill stick to my water hash

Could have been the type of butane you used as well as it could be not properly purged. When you get your temps exactly right, and vac chamber, it taste like heaven.

I see a lot of people passing crap that pops and sizzles for bho and that sells for 10$ a gram, but there will always be people buying top shelf nug at the same price, just like for good bho. They will always have $50 bho, like they have $60 eighths, you want to make sure your getting what you want.

I was using vector i think it was refiened like 5 or 7 times i think it was because it wasnt purged, alls i know it was harsh tasteing

Yeah vector is a pretty popular brand to use, probably just the purge. Suppose to be smooth as butter, just expands like a mofo, cough a lung out haha

Here's the link for the cheap honeybee's they vary in price but they work and may get you a better tasting product. Again I have not used them myself but have TRIED the wax they produce. But I can't tell you if they are or aren't worth the money because it's the only concentrate I've smoked. nothing to compare it to. just know it tasted opiumish and made me tired.

I find that the glass tubes work better, the object is to not pass a certain length in diameter of the tube for max yielding, and those honey bees are as wide as a beer can. There are still so many different factors that will determine your end products it's ridiculous.

Hey dank. liking everyones post before you post yourself? Heading out to the grow shop. hooked up the tent this morning AS SOON AS IT ARRIVED!!!!! but gotta go get me a Lasko utility fan for the heat problem i'm ALREADY having. My room has a partial slant ceiling at about the 8' mark so my tent fits perfectly. While blocking ALL access to the AC....... but i'll pop a fan behind this beast and should be EXACTLY what I need. for now I got the side window that is accessable open all the way with a fan blowing on and past my bulb to get the heat out of the tent. Once I get back from Walmart and grow shop i'll get some pictures.... Gotta update my journal too..... Got 4 sprouts to plant and gotta check for roots on the other ladies. plus the 2 cocoa puffs that haven't popped gotta make sure they aren't rotted. PEACE. ABSOLUTELY. just like growing a plant my dude. You know your first plant was nothing like the last one you grew. the size and quality were in many people's cases Very Different. Like all other things we like to do it takes time and practice to get what you want from what you got.

Hey fella's. Here is a few shots of the ladies that I took this morn. Just incase anyone missed the update I did last night..

All is doing good. The 6th and final Blueberry Yum Yum has poked her head up..
The Bluecheese I started germing last night & Blueberry Headband has already popped!
I will be planting those tonight. Along with the Spyder (auto) in my 16 ounce solo cup for the contest..

The WW x BB is really filling out! And hot damn is she stinking to high heaven! Haha..
