I wanted to just because it would be a cool plant to just see grow bigger. But nevermind I don't wanna take the risk. Cut fan leaves off the female for more energy towards the budding right?

I agree with this pull em down and out to get more light. I don't personally cut the fan leaves off cause this is where you get your energy from. ive heard you can clip the tips of the big fans to get more energy elsewhere in the plant but never personally tried it, its on my "to do" list. lol.
also OP it looks like you HPS light is really high above the plants? maybe just the picture, but how high above are you running the hps?

It's about 3 feet above. I just didn't want it too close because of heat and it seemed pretty bright haha. How high should it be?
I might cut the tips maybe to try
I also want to clone my plant sooooooon!

I just cut my fan leaves off half my plants to let light to the inner node branches ill do an update tomorrow on my thread https://www.rollitup.org/cfl-fluorescent-lighting/698805-very-first-cfl-grow-35-a.html for anyone to look at im also trying a scrog just as I started my 12/12 just so i can adjust for better lighting please look and decide if you like these methods yourself... although you are using an HPS and im all CFL

if im not mistaken ( im still semi noob also lol) you want to take a clone still in veg or soon after they show sex. so you might wanna do that since youre already in 12/12.
the pic the light looked way high compared to the chick sitting in the chair lol. like 6 feet give or take so not as bad as I thought. I would bring it down to 24" or so. make sure to check the heat at the canopy and watch for curling in the leaves. the closest you can get it without burning the better. also on the clipping the tips make sure to get a second opinion as ive never tried it and don't know how it will affect her in flower. once I go to 12/12 I try not to mess with em much cause I don't wanna stress em out. I know when you clone em you clip the tips to get the energy focused on a different part (root growth) but don't know what it will do in flower. there is tons of videos on youtube on how to clone em if you haven't done it before

you need to upgrade your lighting young padawan. but no seriously go to yard sales i just bought a plug and play 175 watt mh with bulb for 4 bucks at one. if i were you i'd try something similar. 
also not saying that one size fits all but for most plants TGA super soil mixed 50/50 with TGA base soil is by far the easiest and most effective dirt you can use to grow weed

seriously though those plants won't any more than about an ounce all together dried if your lucky unless you get a bigger light and throw them back into veg if they have been in flower than less than 3 days. then when they are bigger do 12/12 and flower

I vegged for almost 3 months. Just my first time so I over watered and we hardly had any light or the correct kind. I thought I could get a ounce or 2 per plant?

thats prob a more accurate guess if not what he meant but said wrong....
Super soil is a mix developed by Subcool, the brains behind TGA Genetics, that is considered to be the best mix by a lot of growers. It's pretty cool though because Subcool reccomends "just add water" (no nutrients) which takes a lot of the science out and brings simplicity back to growing while many feel it gives the same if not better results than most mediums.

first pic is updated room. hps is 2 feet away from tops about?. lol and added a single t8 6500k bulb underneath in the middle.
and the second pic is some of the buds starting. such an incredible feeling.
