No, I am saying this based on an acquaintance pleading to lesser charges after being charged with basically running a meth lab.

and i was offered 25 years in Huntsville for my clutch popping and hitting a cop in the hip and bruising it.... they will always throw everything at you, thats why you need a lawyer i have said it before, if you get into this game weather its legal medical or black market and think your going to step out with out a stain on your jersey you got another thing coming...

I know a guy who did time in texas... he was telling us one day (maybe twitch can confirm this) that if youre driving around, and have a roach or joint or whatever. and getting pulled over, youre better off running away from the pigs and getting in a high speed pursuit and ditching the roach. you will get less time that way than if you were to just stop nicely and get caught with a tiny roach. what a joke some places are!!!!

Hmm, that's hard to say I've had to many friends go down for small amounts, and don't think they would evade unless they had a bunch of weight
I personally have done an over nighter when I was just 18 for a gram!

But that being said I have seen a buddy get a parafanellia tickets for a roach
And just recently a chick I know got a Felony for getting caught with a gram of pressed kif

I'll be moving soon before they turn me into a criminal lol

its is all about the cop that pulls you over, unfortunately its a felony to run now

i had a friend get pulled over with a couple of grams in a pill bottle the state trooper!! wrote him a paraphernalia ticket which isnt shit, he got pulled over by a city cop 3 months after and went to jail and is having to pay for a lawyer and will probably do a week in jail for shake in the corner of the bag that was in his trunk....

It had nothing to do w the cop. They busted me w the intention I do time. Chemical extraction is manufacturing, but I'm in a grey area do to the lack of defining chemical. Since FDA says carbon dioxide is a direct food ingredient, as ethanol is also a food w very little nutritional value, I do food grade extractions. Besides the most attractive thing I did was make a procedure non-flammable is what the big deal is about anyway. Once we have no more fires, hash oil will have it's good name restored. The fact that my intellectual property has merit, and is conducted in scientific research is why the case was rejected by the D.A.

Only when you ask a judge "TO INVOKE HIS/HER INHERIT POWER OF THE COURT," can they not make an example out of you, and must be fair when determining you punishment after hearing all the facts. I would have been toast doing BHO for sure, but I told the arresting officers I break no laws, and they did a double take when seeing me on the streets again yesterday. It's totally been worth it, but they still not return my stuff. Over 6 weeks now. WTF is that?
