Great grow and nice setup! I think in your situation I would get 3-4 strains I like, and run clones! Keeping 3-4 good strains around so the high never gets old... and with as fast as your system takes off, clones would shorten your overall time considerably and you will NEVER have a male again! Again, nice work!

On the plus side I think that is the most efficient container for my grow space. It is simple to maintain and I have added the chiller and it runs great.

On the negative side I am running regular seeds (not feminized) and I think that chopping the roots Roseman style did slow the growth a bit.

I think the only thing I would change would be that I would switch over to Feminized seeds but I still have a Bunch of Regular seeds. I will probably run another couple of grows and then invest in some feminized seeds.

I am like 10 days into flower on some Northern Lights and just hacked out two good size males and it hurts.

If I was running feminized seeds I think I would go for just 3 or 4 plants.

Thanks for the detailed response. I'm planning to run 3 tubs to form a basic version of a perpetual bubbleponic system. I'll be making my own 5 gallon tubs but the guides on RIU seem to cover that aspect pretty well. I think I'm going to use CFLs for my first run due to cost efficiency, but how did you like running an LED? Also, was smell/noise ever a problem? I'm planning on a stealth cab and want it to be as fresh/quiet as possible in case maintenance has to come by or something.

I would love to grow some mother plants but I am trying to keep it small and that would require another space and I am in a two bedroom apt and do not really have the room.

My daughter is talking about moving out and I will have an extra room, maybe then.

I like my LED so far. With my filter and fan combo along with the Ona bucket there is no smell issues.

Thanks for the link to Roseman's guide, it's a great resource that I keep going back to. I was wondering if you wouldn't mind going into more specifics about how you set up your cab? I'm trying to figure out fan setup, light setup (I'm using CFLs, and I think I have them worked out for the most part), temp/humidity control, and anything else that will need to be a "part" of the cabinet itself. Any links would be greatly appreciated, since I'm pretty new to all of this.

After all was said and done I really had 4 ounces of the Chocolate Rain end I got almost exactly the same from the Northern lights. Had a bit more issues with drying and curing the NL as the humidity was high but i just ran the Vacuseal on the jars yesterday, and all is good.

I am like three weeks into some g13 x amnesia haze and had a little leaf browning that I am hoping was a cal/mag problem.

yes the NL was from nirvana.

Hey bud i know this is probably late but how did you set up those flexible lights i clicked on the link but did each one of those adapters just go directly into the wall or fid you have to buy other equipment, im in an apartment too so my setup has to be similar to yours
