Trust me when I tell you it was simply tuned at a shop and that it is.
that is a factory motor. I had one. I had the d16y8 with the thinner head gasket and blew it out at 155mph.
shot a rod right through the block and had to junk the thing.
but there were 2 cars in 91 and 1 car a year after that with a larger motor, better performance. Civic Si- they just never last and you cant find them because idiots like me who drive 100+ to go to the grocery store crash them left and right.... and since 07 the Si model has been garbage compared to prior years.

Thanks for the warm welcome guys. I see you've all been on this site for quite a while now. I didn't take any interest in growing until about February of this year, friend got me into it, and since then I've been hooked. So I made an account in April or March and just read books and scoured forums for hours every night, didn't post anything though because I had no knowledge or even grow pics to offer. But yeah finally started my first grow and I'm sure I have some of you guys to thank for my success up to this point. You guys are awesome.

Yes, maybe factory motor, but not as came from factory production=factory if you were to race it.

Holy crap where's the car?

WAS wrapped around the motor. lol had to strip the front end. frame had to be cut and welded. was a mess. took about 3 weeks to get it all done. including taking the motor apart, replacing the headers with a cheap manifold(all I had), replace the valve cover and gasket. all new overflows for everything except the brake fluid.(no power steering luckily) and had to replace the clutch and throttle cables because they BOTH got pinched in the hood when it was hit. It looked like the incredible hulk came down my street and PUNCHED my car. it was 2 houses down in the middle of the road when I finally went out to see what the noise I heard was. and I drove it right back up into my driveway when the cops showed up for the pictures. Honda's lol....
